Another great repair job from Mark. I can thoroughly recommend him. No nonsense fast service and fairly priced. He's the only one we call when we need a repair doing.

Mark replied to my request for help within 2 hours and we arranged for his visit for the following day. He arrived on time and fixed my problem in as little as 10 minutes. Well worth the cost and I now have a fully working laptop again. I would not hesitate to use Mark again and would certainly recommend him.

Had just moved house and used Mark to connect up to printer etc , Mark was excellent, firstly arrived at the time he said he would call, got down to setting it up, these things are never straight forward but his skill and know how was such that no problem was to difficult to sort , and as a result everything in the office is up and running. If you’re having PC issues marks micros is the place to go, I could not recommend it enough, my laptop recently died and was in a complete panic as I thought my data would be lost as I hadn’t backed up on a long while, so I did a search and I found marks micros via google and immediately booked an appointment, Mark was amazing, very friendly, chatty and helpful, he was able to quickly assess the problems which was water damage and was able to recover my data very quickly by retrieving the hard drive from inside the laptop and placing into a device to access the files, he was also very honest on if he could recover the data or not so I wouldn’t get my hopes up but thankfully it was a success, he was also very helpful on recommendations for new laptops I could buy as a replacement and things I could buy to browse though my hard drive myself such as the device he used and recover any other files I wanted, if you ever have any pc issues I would recommend marks micros over anywhere else as you’ll be getting the best service around, it’ll be my
Go to if I ever have any future pc problems.

We were having problems installing a new printer, we found Mark on Google and saw the excellent reviews so gave him a call. He responded straight away and came out the next day. He installed the printer and also helped with another laptop issue! Would 100 % recommend him and will definitely call him again if we need any help!

Quick response,came out the same day of my call, spent time diagnostic checking my laptop,then took the laptop away on returned the following day with a fully repaired laptop, spent time retrieving old data and checking everything was working ok

Mark came to my home I had a problem with my mini mac it was running very slow it took forever to do what I wanted he new what to do he said the hard drive had just about had it it was a magnetic kind so he brought a new hard drive a solid state drive installed it into my mac and now it is running better than the when it was new only better and this drive should never run slow the when he first looked at my computer and he was at my home for a good two hours and charged me nothing he said if he didn't fix it there was no charge when he came back with the new drive and installed it into the mac and fixed the problem after 4 hours job done his price was very reasonable and I am very happy so 100% thanks Mark

I’ve never been confident with new technology…So asking Mark to set up my new printer was a no brainer. He set it up, explained how to access the different uses and left me with a fully functioning printer and all my written notes!
