I’ve not had to claim on my insurance before so was quite upset about the situation, having said that the whole process was made so much easier by the way the insurance company handled it.
They were very helpful, understanding sympathetic and professional and my car was returned to me in the same condition it was before the accident.
The insurance company and the garage that did the repairs were absolutely amazing.
