I much prefer myclothing but unfortunately the school picked up a new contract with this dreadful company.
If I could shop elsewhere I would but for the logo items this is the only place that does our school uniform.
If you can avoid this company then I definitely would.

I'm starting to get fed up. I have emailed a few times with no reply. I just want to know when the uniform will arrive! School stared a week and a half ago. I'm making do but would be nice to have some form of communication
This company is a shambles
This company is a shambles. I ordered school uniform back in July, still have not received anything 2 weeks into the new term, had to send my child back to school with uniform he's outgrown. I actually forgot I had an order as there's been no email informing me of the progress. You would think that they wouldn't get caught off guard every year. Customer service is non existant! I would say avoid this company but most of us do not have a choice.
AWFUL!!!!!
If I could leave 0* I would. This company is the sole provider for the uniform of the special school my child attends. My child started her 1st day of secondary school without any uniform as only her PE t-shirts and PE socks have been delivered, we have not received her blazer, school jumpers or PE trousers.
I've called repeatedly during the hours noted on Mapac's website. No-one answers the phone which I find strange, as when I called on 15th July to check sizing and place my order it was answered on the second ring! This company do not respond to emails either. Absolutely appalling customer service. Unfortunately unless the school changes their contract we are stuck with this shoddy company for the next 8 years. If you can avoid using Mapac and go elsewhere do so!
Why are they the only company?!
I am amazed that schools are still using this company.
I ordered in July well before their cut off date and the unbranded items took a month to arrive. I am still waiting for tie, pe kit etc 2 weeks into the school term.
When I called asking for an ETA I was told.. anytime. When I asked how long it usually takes I was told.. it varies I couldn't tell you.
How is this a way to run a company? Why they have monoply is beyond me. I am writing to the school to petition for alternative plans. Sell the damn patches themselves or something. I am severely disappointed with the lack of service and communication.
Shocking customer communication
As other reviewers I ordered back in July before the guaranteed delivery date and still no uniform received 2 weeks back in to term. What’s worse is the total lack of communication. I’ve tried to get through numerous times by phone with no luck and sent 3 emails with no reply!! This is the only company that stock logo’d school uniforms so they have the monopoly - absolutely shocking service & customer communication!

Wouldn't even give them 1 star. Ordered uniform in July, hadn't received any of the order by mid August and not even an email to say things were delayed. Had to email them 3 times before getting a short reply saying there's a delay and they would send some of the order but no apology for the delay.
Still took another 2 weeks for part of the order to be sent. Now second week into term and still missing half the order and still no email reply about when it'll come. We had to source the missing items from another shop who luckily had them in stock.
As you can see from all the other reviews I'm not alone and everyone gets poor service from them.
Terrible company will never use them again and would advice everyone not use them as well.

Extremely poor customer service via email, totally unreachable by phone and blaming covid for delays despite everyone going back to work in July! Couldn't be any less satisfied with this and still have not received my order!
Absolute garbage
Absolute garbage - second year running our order has been delayed ; I ordered well in advance of their 'deadline' for 'guaranteeing' delivery before term start and nothing has come,
They ignore emails, phone calls and not a hint of an apology - thankfully my Son isn't starting out so he can wear his old uniform but their customer service is shocking,
Unfortunately they are the only supplier for my sons school for branded clothing so we are forced to go with them.
One of the parents who did have a response was told 'they couldn't email everyone' which is just a pathetic excuse - even another email to all customers saying they are behind would help !

Make sure to let the head teacher know my views . Can’t even begin to explain my sons disappointment who has to start school without a uniform with no idea when it will be arriving , I wish I could cancel the order but even that is not an option as there is no communication .

Ordered well before the cut of point, have had no contact to tell me the jumpers will not be arriving, I have emailed and tried to phone, no reply/answer. Awful service and feel very sorry for the little receptions who will start school with bo complete uniform!

If I could give 0 star’s I would I’ve left voicemails and sent emails - ordered uniform beginning of august still not arrived and as they don’t respond I have no idea when it will £200 + out of pocket no uniform and appalling customer service - a little communication would go a long way!

Non supply
As the sole supplier of the school uniform needed, this company have you over a barrel. Order was placed in good times as they advised and the larger sized garments were received. However, the youngest child had to start in reception today without a school jumper as Mapac have not fulfilled the order. No explanation, no answer to emails and no answer on the phone all day today. The service offered by this company is abysmal

Ordered uniform back in July 2021 well before the 2nd August cut off date, today, 2nd September after many emails and unanswered telephone calls I have been informed my ordered won’t be with them until the 13th September. They also seem to think it is ok to let the school know that my child will be arriving without school uniform in the new school year yet myself, the customer who actually paid for the order have received no update.
Had EXACTLY the same issue last year you’d think that Mapac would know this time of year is their busiest and make the necessary arrangements with stock and staff to fulfil the orders.
Mapac, if your usual supplier cannot fulfil your orders then you must find another supplier even if this reduces your profit margin. You took money from me 2 months ago and I am without goods…….. my child attends a special school and without a uniform to wear he will not walk up the driveway to school……. Shame on you!

Horrendous, no uniform received, and my girl starts school tomorrow, absolute nightmare, tried calling no answer, no response to emails.
They should not run such business if they can't deliver before school opening
