Awful, never really had any issues previously but looking at other recent reviewers clearly an issue ongoing. Placed an order 21st Feb, when ordering says delivered to school 1st and 3rd week of every month. Correct me if I’m wrong but I assumed I’d receive within the first 10 days or so of March. Nothing.

Get delivered once a month! Well then update your website and stop trapping people. Then asked for it to be changed to home delivery instead if that’s what’s causing the delay - nope apparently I still won’t get it any sooner! For god sake it’s not summer holiday “busy period” !!
Luckily a local uniform shop can still embroider my child’s school logo so safe to say I won’t be going back to mapac anymore and advise you don’t either.

I ordered my daughter’s uniform last year with no issue. However, my recent ordering experience was awful. I placed an order on the 18th of January and another on the 25th of January. I requested for them to be delivered to the school directly and the company advise they deliver every 2 weeks. I had no updates at all. I reached out on the 22nd of February and all of a sudden they were magically dispatched that day. I emailed and said I was disappointed with the service and wasn’t offered any explanation or an apology. This was a week ago and they haven’t bothered to reply!

Order on 30 Jan 2026, Today 21 Feb got an email saying it took longer than normal. it is not surpised me because I also ordered last year before summer holiday, they didn‘t even contacted me saying delay, finally my kid don’t have the order even school started. I think you still can choose this company if you don’t need it within 3 months.

Ordered 7th September, still not been sent. Contacted company and they said my order would be shipped week of 6th October (!). Now not responding to my emails.

Poor service - items never arrived. Cancelled order after six weeks.

If I could leave zero stars I would! Ordered uniform 15th August. Allowed more time as I apparently didn’t order before their “cut off” date 31st July….whoa actually buys new uniform first week of school holidays? Anyway….left 2 weeks, emailed for an update, nothing! Emailed a week later, few days later finally got a reply saying they’re waiting on 1 top to be sent for “production” but if I wanted the other items, I had to pay for delivery of those….er, no!! Then received an automated email saying items taking longer then expected, waited another 2 weeks! Emailed sent, nothing! Sent them an email tonight informing I’ll be doing a charge back via my bank with the evidence I’ve tried emailing them, giving ample chances for them to reply but nothing. I’ve had to buy second hand and hand me downs to get my kids sorted. This company is a shambles and a joke and customer services is pathetic!!!

Please AVOID! They didn't refund cancelled items!

Website says free delivery over £50, but it would not work on my order. When I emailed to ask about it, I was told that it has been on orders over £60 for a long time, they just haven't updated that on the website. They won't honour it even though it's their error.

Took over a month to receive. The 9 year old jumper was too big for me. Had to pay postage to send it back. Don't recommend

I would ask everyone to avoid this company as they have the worst service. I ordered a leavers jumper for my daughter she got knocked in the playground and was left with 2 big holes in her jumper. The quality of the jumper is so poor not worth the money at all. I ask the company to replace it and the lady on the phone had the cheek to say we have never had any complaints!!! When in fact all your reviews are all complaints.

Order placed 9th October still not received by 14th November. No communication as to why. I have had to chase for updates multi times. They should have a warning when you place the order if delivery is going to be over a week later.

Terrible service! Place a large order, some items aren't available for 20 days. Now I must pay extra for delivery because I can't wait. How can it be the customer's problem because they don't have stock?????? The lady in customer service was really rude and said it's my fault because I won't wait. If I didn't need the uniform I wouldn't have ordered it!

Same issues as all others who have reviewed. Ordered over 5 weeks ago. They don’t answer their phones and they don’t respond to emails. No idea when I will receive and now relying on hand me downs and second hand uniform. Having to call school to get a book bag as this was also in order. Will suggest school change preferred supplier.

Really terrible…. I wish i didn’t have to order school uniform from here but its my schools chosen supplier…. First year half my childs school uniform was missing, then the website kept cashing, so couldn’t order. This year i ordered my school uniform 6.5 weeks ago, school starts monday, today is Thursday and No uniform, apparently all management on calls in a meeting. No uniform and told “just leave it another day…” Super unhelpful and no school uniform and refusing to send a replacement out. Really unhelpful and bad customer service

This is how I complained about the quality of the Mapac uniforms (Trousers and Joggers) in an email:

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out to address a concern regarding the quality of trousers and joggers supplied by your company. Last year, I purchased a full set of uniforms for my son, and shortly after starting school, both his trousers and joggers developed significant rips. Initially, I attributed this to typical wear and tear associated with active children, but I couldn't shake the suspicion that the garments were unusually fragile.

Subsequently, we replaced his school trousers and joggers with items from the NEXT superstore, which endured without issue throughout the entire year. This experience led me to question the durability of your products. Consequently, I stopped ordering school trousers from your company, a decision which you can see from my order history.

The durability of garments from NEXT clothing stores further emphasised the difference in quality. However, what prompted me to procure his entire PE wardrobe from Mapac was the colour discrepancy between NEXT's joggers and your PE jumpers. it was only the different shade of black than your PE jumpers that made me order his full set of PE clothes from your company.

Unfortunately, despite my initial preference for your products, the PE joggers failed to withstand even minimal wear and tear. Within weeks, they were damaged, necessitating two additional purchases (refer to my order history). Although initially relieved that the replacements matched his PE jumper, this sentiment quickly faded as the new joggers suffered damage after minimal use, highlighting a consistent issue with the quality of your trousers and joggers.

This recurring problem has proven to be inconvenient and frustrating for both me and my child. I am concerned that the quality may be deliberately compromised to encourage frequent purchases, which ultimately benefits your company.

In light of these quality concerns, I am requesting a refund for my most recent order, as one pair of joggers failed to endure even a single PE lesson, and the other remains unopened due to apprehension about its durability. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund or replacement for the damaged jogger.

I kindly urge you to promptly investigate this matter and provide a satisfactory resolution, whether through refunds, replacements, or alternative solutions. I trust that you will take the necessary steps to address these quality issues and uphold the reputation of your brand.

Please inform me of your proposed course of action for resolving this matter. Your attention to this issue is greatly appreciated, and I eagerly await your prompt response.

We received a faster delivery than expected which was lovely. The products received were good quality and Customer Service has been very good when we encountered a sizing problem.

I have ordered my little boys school uniform from this company for two years on a row now and the quality is exceptional. It’s washed well and I’ve even been able to keep some items that still fit him from the first year to wear again this year.
Moreover, customer service have been brilliant each time I’ve used them. The first year I received the wrong colour coat and was sent a replacement as soon as I brought it to their attention with no quibbles or questions asked. This year I received a PE top with a small hole where the school logo had been sewn in - again this was dealt with by me sending one email and Mapac customer services replying that they would dispatch a new one immediately which I have received confirmation of already.
Highly recommend and I will continue to use for coming school years.

This company is an absolute joke ! What a mess . I placed an order on the 1st July 2022 in which they took the money straight away and yet I’m still to this day waiting for my order . It was not even a big order of just 2 cardigans for my daughter who’s due to start school in September and a book bag . The website says to order before July 31st as that’s there busy period so I did just that but I still haven’t received my order and it’s now 15th august . This is disgusting and all I get back is them blaming it on covid and they will get it out to me as soon as possible . Please don’t anyone else waste your money on ordering anything as you will not receive your items . The amount of stars on trust pilot says it all ………

Really disappointed with my experience of this company. Ordered a leavers' hoodie for my son which took ages to arrive and when it did it was smaller than advertised. Doesn't fit at all. I sent it back but the company is insisting it's the right size - it's not. Other parents have also found their hoodies have come up too small. Now son is without a hoodie and I'm down over £20. Very poor customer service.
