Scam from China. It takes about 16 days to arrive

It takes approximately 16 days for the item to arrive, but this isn't mentioned on the website. I have a screenshot showing this will be delivered within 5 days via DHL, yet it arrived with Evri. It ships from China. The offer seems appealing, but once you start, they split the cost. My jewellery should be worth £56. I paid £36 for the offer and got one free, but the invoice states £18 each. The item that arrived is probably worth only about £5. I was considering returning it, but I feared I wouldn't get my money back. My son wanted a gift, a bracelet for himself and his girlfriend with their initials. Next time, I will review customer feedback first. Overall, I don't think it's worth the money.

I placed my order on 7 March today is 22nd I still havnt heard nothing I needed it for an occasion today on the website it says 7-10 working days but its been over that and still no response they shipped my parcel through Evri and there is no update on the parcel since 18 March either they are saying its been misplaced but probably not because nothing was dispatched from the vender I want my refund back as the occasion is uslesss I wish I read these reviews before placing an order

Fraudulent ads, shit-quality. Wouldn’t even give it to a child to play with. Better buy from Claire’s or Primark! Took ages to deliver.

SCAM FRAUDS FALSE ADVERTISING

Bought a bracelet from this company, at checkout was offered and additional bracelet for FREE. Thought oh amazing ill give it a shot.
Wore the bracelet twice, tarnished discolored absolute trash , contacted the company to resolve, was told this was a manufacturing fault and they would refund me fully for the item i had bought.
all plain sailing lovely experience until

I received less than half of what I had paid and when questioned they said this was worked out as the FREE item is not free the cost is split between them when they calculate a refund???? but if i had an issue with the free bracelet, this would have had £0 value to refund me?????????

the bracelets are advertised at a set price whether you take the free one or not but when you have a problem then you cannot get your money back

I have asked to escalate this but get the same response even though all of the emails contradict themselves. DO NOT BUY

A terrible company who do not care…

A terrible company who do not care about their customers. I baught a necklace - tarnished within 2 weeks without being exposed to water, perfume or whatever they are trying to tell me I’ve done? I had to chase for help and told no help, refund or replacement for a poor quality item! AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT ORDER - AWFUL SERVICE!

I placed an order on February 14th, payment was taken the next day. Parcel was scanned into delivery courier in the UK on February 28th. Since then ZILCH. The courier company have told me that they cannot locate my parcel (name of company and email are available) but the vendor has been totally useless. Keeps playing for time. This was an 18th birthday present!

I placed an order back 18th of February and still not received!!
It says it was dispatched the day after but clearly not. The tracking info isn’t updating for it. I spoke to the team on Facebook who just kept telling me I’ve got to wait. Don’t waste your money or time, go with a different company that will actually give you your goods.

I waited weeks for my necklace and the customer service mentioned to contact my carrier or ask your neighbors. My shipment was never shipped the seller gave me a tracking number for USPS which does not exist. The 3rd letter always start with an R for USPS. I even attempted to delete the H to an R and USPS tracking for this number I put in, Cannot be located! Their Fraud!!!!!! Refund me my money asap!!!

The address is england yet ship's from Chinese first red flag nearly £50 spent on Chinese tat no tracking available wish I had never purchased to be fooled by false reviews and the fact they ate based in England!!! Probably cheaper ono temu !! Not impressed

From the information provided, the damage occurred while the jewellery was being worn and pulled against clothing, which unfortunately is considered accidental damage rather than a manufacturing defect.

For this reason, it is not covered under our warranty policy. Our warranty applies to faults present upon delivery, not damage caused during use.

SCAM ALERT!! Honestly wish I’d never never order…

Honestly wish I’d never never order from them! The whole thing feels dodgy the thousand reviews on the site don’t seem genuine at all.

Customer service is practically non-existent. Proper frustrating.
The product itself is cheap as chips and nothing like what was advertised. Feels low quality and not worth the money at all. Delivery also took absolutely ages with barely any updates.
In the end I had to raise a case with my bank just to sort it out, which says it all really.
