I was ordering the ring for my partner for valentines day but I wasnt sure what size he would be so i really liked the sizing feature where they send out the measuring tape. I still managed to measure it wrong but Clare got back to me literally within the hour over the weekend helping me to sort it out! We will deffinitely be ordering again

Purchased the Primo mens Titanium ring in silver and a blue inside for my wedding band as im not a fan of gold, the ring finish was true to the pictures online and the fit was perfect after been sized in a local jewellers.

The wife to be was hesitant cause of the cheap price vs local jewellers typical wedding bands and was expecting poor finishes and cheap materials but after she seen it in person like myself shes delighted with it

I choose the fast delivery method, i received no tracking numbers but it arrived after 4 days of ordering and well protected in its packaging

Fantastic company to deal with. Purchase was simple and very fast delivery. Ring I purchased was a perfect fit.

I got 2 rings and had to exchange one because of the size. All the process was smooth and free return. The only thing is that in December my order took about 10 days to arrive despite have payed express shipping, but that was on the post service. Good customer support by email, phone number hard to reach.

In general great quality-price and I would definitely recommend and buy again.

I first ordered an 8mm gold band from Manzora, but unfortunately, I ordered it too big. I emailed Clare/Alan and explained the situation, and with a very swift response, they resolved the issue and even sent the new correct size before the return arrived to save me time. The new ring arrived today and is absolutely fantastic, great quality. It was such a painless transaction, even with the mistake I made. Thanks again, guys! 😊

I want to extend a huge thank you to Alan and Clare at Manzora.ie for their incredible support. Although my order was unfortunately delayed and never reached me, the team was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process.

Arrived on time and was a very comfortable fit as my last ring after having a swollen ring finger was difficult to remove. This ring fits perfectly and is easy to remove. Thank you so much for a beautiful and good fitting ring.

Absolutely fantastic experience dealing with this company Manzora (Alan & Clare)!
I had correspondence with them while waiting for the ring (an issue on the delivery company's side delayed it's delivery), to which their replies were always prompt and helpful.
When I received the ring, I realised I ordered an incorrect size due to a fault on my side (scaling issues when I printed a ring size guide!).
When I contacted them to see if it was possible to exchange the ring, I received an email saying there was no problem with returning the ring and there would be no cost and they had attached all the required forms (customs form as I was in ROI, postal address etc).
They also informed me that they had sent out the new (correct size) ring on that same day, instead of waiting until receipt of the returned ring.
For a number of years now, I have completely lost faith in businesses and I have had recurring negative experiences, where they really show they are all about money and not about the customer.
Clare and Alan have completely restored my faith and it highlights to me, why we should support small businesses instead of global corporations.
Every correspondence was very friendly while still being extremely professional.
I wish them both and their business every success in the future.

Product is exactly how it is described on the website. It came in a very nice small box with proper packing. Also the Customer Service was amazing. I asked few questions in different emails over the course of waiting for the shipment and they were answered in prompt and with proper information.

I ordered a Champion - Men's Tungsten Ring - Silver Black Gold - 8mm. I used a ring sizer that I bought elsewhere to get the correct fit! The ring itself is absolutely stunning; really modern and stylish. I was so delighted with it that I have just ordered another ring, Unswerving - Men's Titanium Ring - Black & Blue.

Just got my ring this morning, fits like a glove, I couldn't be happier!!!! 😁

My husband bought his wedding band from Manzora. Absolutely fab black band. But after a month or so the black had started to fade and it’s like an almost silver colour coming through. I emailed them regarding this nearly 3 weeks now, asking as to why this may have happened, but no response. I have emailed 2 more times since, but again, no response. Absolutely saddened by this as it is something very sentimental.
