Always a pleasant experience. Staff are very friendly. The whole practice is top notch and the dentists and hygienists are first class. Best around.

I’ve been at this practice since 2006. The dentist & hygienists are all lovely, but some of the Reception team can be a little abrupt, bordering on rude…i put it down to them being under pressure.

I was given a clear explanation by Ahmad of the dental work that I needed. Together with very helpful advice for a particular condition that I have.
I have been with this dental practice for many years and have always found the care to be excellent. On the occasion that I had a query after treatment it was dealt with promptly.

Had implant 7 years ago. Cap from implant came off 3 weeks ago. Paid £200 to have it refitted. Damage was done in the process of refitting and it is now coming loose again. They class themselves as experts, I would call them scammers. BE VERY WARY
1 week later it has completely fallen off. Phoned dentist for advice and was told they could cement it back on at cost. I can do that myself and save myself a lot of money. I can not afford to pay £200 every 2 to 3 weeks and if I had been told before I had the implant that this would be the case, I would not have gone ahead

Angela managed to crack and break my front tooth. I returned to the practice 24hrs later to have a filling put into the break. My tooth is now compromised and I fear the filling will just fall out. I paid £90 for the first appointment and wish I had never booked there. I should have asked for a refund.

I would like to thank my dentist Asha Thobhani at Manningtree Dental Practice for some very professional and caring treatment.
She had already diagnosed the problem that was causing my gum infection and had given me details including costs of the various solutions. I opted for the extraction of two teeth and a partial acrylic denture to fill the gap all for £269.30 on the NHS. She then took impressions and tooth shade matches for the denture to be ready in a week.
On the treatment day, she numbed my gum and mouth extensively and proceeded to extract the teeth one of which had a deep and stubborn root. Although petite, she succeeded without causing me much discomfort. or having to stand on my chest! She limited the bleeding by inserting some soluble stitches and then fitted the denture. I am very pleased with the cosmetic result and the fit seems good though she warned that it might loosen as my gums recovered. I am still trying to get the balance right between keeping the denture in with Fixodent and removing it for cleaning after eating. She also said that the treatment cost would include a follow up appointment if required.
So I had a very good experience for what could have required a dental hospital visit and I would definitely recommend this dentist and her able dental nursing assistant.
