Annabel was so easy and efficient to deal with. Very knowledgeable and helpful in all dealings.

Helpful and professional from the start. Relocating is daunting but Sue and Joanne have been friendly and given great advice and a friendly ear to any concerns or queries. Really appreciate their expert guidance we've felt in safe hands from the beginning and know they'll do all they can to ensure a smooth process kocinf forward. Thank you so much to all who have helped us at Manning Stainton!

Today I had a lovely chance to talk with Bethany. I loved her outstanding communication skills, asked right questions to start with my search for my home. She was very helpful, polite and very professional. Definately an asset to the company. Looking forward to find my happy place with your experienced and competent staff. Thank you.

I'd like to leave a GENUINE review on Ann outstanding communication skills good telephone manner polite always update on information on house sale progress. More help than my own solicitor on time skills & getting things moving for sale going through Thanks Ann

Used Manning before.excellent service as always.

Very efficient and always keeping me up to date with any news. Would recommend them.

Fantastic service so far. I am a first time buyer and the staff (Annabel, Sue and Izzy) have all patiently talked me through the process and offered good advice. This really has alleviated a lot of the stress buying a house. Thank you!

Clear and focussed approach. Always responsive and demonstrating expertise and good advice during the whole selling process. Charlotte Poutney has been a thoughtful, skilful and resourceful professional throughout . Charlotte ensured that conveyancing and communication with buyers and solicitors was always prompt , accurate and supportive.
Thank you

We used Manning Stainton to sell our flat and they were the estate agents for our house purchase.

They produced attractive literature for the sale, where they have subsequently been very communicative on updates on both the sale and purchase.

They have continued to be helpful, despite the number of obstacles we have faced in the process, where we have been very impressed with their professionalism.

We’d like to thank Zaini Miraj especially for her support.

Good service

Professional, efficient and friendly staff. Assistance did not end on the acceptance of the purchasers offer. We were provided with updates either weekly or upon request right the way until completion.

From the start of our process of selling our property. Manning Stainton were both professional and friendly.
Bel and Jack kept in touch and helped with viewings.

I was a buyer. Yvonne, the Move Manager at Manning Stainton, was brilliant by always keeping me informed and chasing the seller and solicitors to facilitate the process of exchange and completion. Yvonne would always respond to my calls and emails asking for updates. Thank you Yvonne.

Amazing experience! Annabel & Jack were both amazing! From my initial conversation with Bel who took all my details re my interest, to Jack keeping me in the loop with regular updates pre and post offer/acceptance. I felt at ease knowing I had a great point of contact in Jack throughout, and with Bel following up in the end - a truly exceptional and personal experience.
Thank you once again!

Viewed a property with my son,we have done a few now for my first time buyer son!

Sue who welcomed us and showed us round was genuine, helpful and pleasant. An absolute easy and pleasurable viewing. Although we don’t intend to proceed we will hopefully buy a property from mannings and sue in the near future

Great service from Bel and the team at Manning Stainton Adel. Thank you all.

From start to finish Manning Stainton at Adel were fantastic. Very professional and extremely helpful in all aspects of our sale. All the staff were very friendly too. Well done. Would definitely recommend.

I think it was excellent. My only issue was that every time I tried to ring the liaising person it went to voicemail and I never got a call back. Even if I rang seconds after she had rung me.
