I used Manning Stainton Adel to sell my deceased aunts flat. From the start they were very helpful in guiding me through the process and making contact with the services needed to make this happen eg valuation for probate, energy assessment assessor for the certificate etc. They also agreed to read the meters on completion - all this was very helpful as I don’t live in the area and didn’t have local contacts.
Manning Stainton gave a fair valuation and the flat sold very quickly - they obviously have good local knowledge and knew who the property would appeal to.
Communication with the team, especially Bel, was very good - response to phone calls and emails was always quick and helpful.
I have no hesitation in recommending Manning Stainton Adel to needing an estate agent in that area.

Annabel, was very helpful and supportive during a fairly nerve wracking time relative to my purchase of a flat in Leeds.
I really appreciate appreciated her kind words and support which made the process a lot easier for me and I would definitely recommend Manning Stainton.

M&S team at Adel held my hand all the way. They kept me advised of progress through to completion. Many thanks to Yvonne who was with me all the way.

Thank you Ms Sue for showing us around the property, answering and following our queries with the main office, being on time for viewing and being supportive.

Yvonne was very experienced and patient. Which is useful because I tend to panic! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Yvonne was extremely helpful when selling my flat. We had some difficulty with the buyers solicitors and Yvonne handled the situation very well.
Thanks

The overall experience from Manning Stainton has been brilliant. This is the second time I've purchased a house through Manning Stainton and I would highly recommend them again. Their in-house team of experts have made the whole buying process a seamless experience.

A special thanks to Sue Watson who helped us find our perfect home. Sue was polite and knowledgeable whilst showing us around the property. She also worked tirelessly over the weekend to co-ordinate our offer which was accepted shortly after.

5 star customer service!

Annabel Ifould at Manning Stainton has been outstanding at helping us throughout the process of selling our late grandmothers house. Bel is very friendly, professional and has gone above and beyond to support us, keep us informed and updated throughout the process. We have been more than pleased working with Bel and would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend the Adel Manning Stainton branch if you are looking to sell your home. At the beginning of the process we had Matt (Branch manager) come to our home and take photos of our house. He was extremely warm, friendly and professional.

As the sale of our property progressed we had a lot of support and help from Izzy and Bel. Both very kind a professional, always at the end of the phone. I would not have a bad word to say about this company at all!

A special shout out to Izzy though! She has been my 'go to person' throughout the whole process. Any silly question I needed answering she was always there. She has always been so kind and explained everything to me! you are a credit to this branch and I could not thank you enough!

Do not hesitate to go with Adel Manning Stainton. We sold our house that was in Cookridge under this team and they have been great!

Izzy has been great with the whole process! It’s been a great service! Thanks so much.

Excellent experience with this branch at manning Stainton. Izzy has been dealing with myself and my partner in the process of buying our first home, she is very professional and friendly. Massive thank you for all your help.

Being with Manning Stainton for more than 2 years, I knew this one would be a positive experience as well. From my viewing to the point that my offer got accepted, I had extremely positive experience. In particular, I totally appreciate supports provided by Annabel throughout the process. Very warm attitude and complete professional. Thanks to all the team at Manning Stainton - Adel!

Yvonne was brilliant in helping our purchase proceed smoothly. She responded promptly to any concerns or queries and regularly checked in as to how everything was going. I was very impressed. Thank you!

Positive Experience
I would recommend Manning Stainton and particularly the staff in the Adel office.
I met Matthew who did a valuation and was very realistic about the sale of the property. All the staff in the Adel
Office are helpful and supportive. The office is open 7 days a week which means communication is maintained at all times. This was helpful for me as I do not live in Leeds.
Once the sale of the property was agreed 4 weeks after it went on the market Yvonne Jones took over as the key negotiator. She always responded to messages and emails. I was kept up to date throughout the process.
I would highly recommend the team.

From the first time we became involved with Manning Stainton they were extremely helpful, professional and courteous. Nothing was too much trouble or an inconvenience and this was all the staff we came into contact with from the Adel branch staff to Yvonne Jones .A really excellent service and we would recommend the company to friends who might be buying or selling a property.

Yvonne was friendly, incredibly helpful and always efficient. She checked in with us regularly and I could trust she would always inform us of updates instead of us having to chase. I would be delighted to have Yvonne handling the process again for our future houses.

Yvonne was fantastic. She helped our sale move quickly and kept us informed every step of the way - thank you!

After sale was agreed we were kept very well informed about any issues/progress. Special shout out to Yvonne Jones who was particularly helpful throughout.

The staff at Manning Stainton Adel have been amazing! They have kept us up to date from day one - always available - always helpful and have gone above & beyond to help us sell our home. Matt, Jack, Bel, Sue & Izzy are the dream team!
