All the staff at the Adel office were on the ball from day one. Every phone call we made was answered immediately, they were friendly and explained the process thoroughly. We can recommend them all thoroughly.

Really professional service from Matthew and Jack throughout the whole process. Communication was brilliant and I was fully informed throughout. I would definitely recommend them!

Great service from beginning to end. Real professionals. They really do go the extra mile to sell your property. Don’t waste your time with anyone else.

Great service from Manning Stainton from start to finish. Very friendly and professional service. I have never sold a property with a move manager before. Yvonne saved me so much time in chasing solicitors, helping the buyer, who was struggling with some of the paper work and generally keeping me informed. A great assesset to the business!

Our experience with manning has been brilliant, from start to finish the communication has been super professional and super friendly. They've been really helpful with supporting us to make the best decisions for our move

Excellent and thank you for all your help x

Annabel was fantastic in terms of the support and advice provided for me during the purchase of my property.
Thanks so very much!!!

I recently sold my house with their assistance. The sales team are friendly and efficient, maintaining good communication . Many thanks to Yvonne ,my move manager who kept my sale and purchase on track .

Always easy to contact and kept me up to date frequently in the process of selling my property and buying another which took a lot of stress away from me

Thank you to everyone. All the team be very helpful.

Straight talking estate company, Yvonne Jones my Move Manager was always easy to contact and keep me updated on the progress of the sale. She was especially helpful in liaising between the various solicitors in the house chain we were in.

Finalised our house sale and I was extremely pleased that I picked up the phone to Manning Stainton first.
From sound advice about the price to market the property to keeping me up-to-date on progress on the buyers side they were excellent throughout.
Whether you prefer to speak to the daily or weekly, by phone or email, you can decide and they will adopt to how is best for you.
I liked the text messages about viewings.
Bel let me know the status of offers straight away and offered honest advice on them.
Post offer phase, Yvonne was quick to respond to messages which I'm sure ensured the buyers were kept happy and meant the completion was as quick as it could be.
Don't look anywhere else if you're selling a house in their area!

Annabel (Bell) from Manning Stainton Estate Agents Adel was a great help in getting an offer on our house within a week. She organised multiple viewings, kept us informed regularly, and offered helpful advice based on her knowledge of the local market. Bell was also a pleasure to deal with, making the process straightforward and stress-free.

Matt and Bel were very down to earth, easy to work with and provided a good service. The house sale went through without complication. Would use again.

That was nice! Great customer service. Big shout out to Charlotte P. in the Headingly branch. The only disappointment is what Manning Stainton (not Charlotte) recommend for the convenance legal firm: Levi Solicitors. Not very nice legal firm. It seems full of self-entitled professionals which have no patience with the plebs like us. If you choose other solicitors, Manning Stainton and Charlotte are great. Highly recommended.

Jan was lovely in showing us around a great flat and made us feel welcome. Great service

Following a recent viewing of a property in Adel, I have had a couple of follow up calls with Bel and I just wanted to say what a pleasure she is to speak to - she’s so professional, friendly, engaged and cheerful and a joy to speak to. I have been searching for a property for a while now and have spoken with many agents across different agencies and Bel is far and above the best.

Excellent communication and coordination throughout the chain. Infinite patience to solve all the problems.

Great experience, was kept informed throughout the process even though we changed the criteria nothing was too much trouble and the staff were very friendly, would definitely recommend and will also use your services in the future.

Kind and courteous team with regular updates and communication.
I have had more viewings and positive responses in a short time than any other agents in the past . I wish I had used them first .
