We had an excellent service from Mathew and Jack at the Adel office. Clear, professional and ensured out property was marketed promptly and a sale agreed! However we cannot praise Yvonne Jones, Move Manager highly enough. She was invaluable in ensuring our sale went through despite numerous challenges. She worked tirelessly on our behalf, liaising with all parties professionally and sensitively. We are incredibly grateful for her expertise and support. Thank you Yvonne!

An excellent team effort from start to finish in getting my father's house sold. Many thanks to Yvonne and Bel who over the last year or so took the time to understand our goals and get the job done. They were responsive, professional and supportive throughout. Thank you.

Many thanks to Yvonne Jones, Izzy Denton and Matthew Pank for managing the sale of my late fathers house. The service was efficient, courteous and professional throughout. As the sale neared completion I had most contact with Yvonne as she managed the communications with the buyer and both parties solicitors. Yvonne was great in following up with the solicitors and keeping me updated on progress.

May I take this opportunity and thank all Manning staff of Adel Office and in particular Annabelle for her professionalism in conducting the sale of our property. Bel has been very patient, helpful and very understanding.

Excellent work from the whole team at Manning Stainton! High quality and prompt communication, with a particular thanks to Yvonne who was incredibly helpful and professional.

We had a friendly and professional service from the Adel branch of Manning Stainton from deciding to put our house on the market to moving. We had a particularly problematic exchange of contracts and Yvonne, our move manager was brilliant at keeping us update and chasing up our buyers where needed. Thanks to the team, we're now happily settling into our new house!

This was our first time buying a home in a chain as we were first time buyers for our first home therefore was going to the unknown with selling a property. However, Jack and the rest of the team at Manning Stainton have been fantastic. They provided frequent updates, made the communication really smooth and simple and would have no hesitation what so ever in working with them again! Thank you Jack and team!!

Bel has been an absolute star throughout the process, she has explained things clearly and patiently.
I could not recommend the team more also big shout out to Beth for showing us around multiple properties.

I have recently sold my house with manning's this is the second time round we have gone with these guys, very impressed with a friendly, professional service all round and would not hesitate to sell or buy with them again, they've taken a lot of stress out of selling and done everything in house. I have to say the whole team is great but especially Mathew, Izzy, Jack & Bell who dealt with us mostly. Thankyou for everything.
The Wetherill's

We are very impressed with our estate agent - Mrs Sue Watson from the Adel Branch

Great service Izzy and the team were helpful, friendly and proactive with the sale of my property. Thank you

Excellent agents. Always keeping me up to date on the progress of the sale. Very professional and highly recommend. Yvonne was especially good as my contact.

I’ve recently had an offer accepted on a house and Manning Stainton made the whole experience very easy, always contactable and quick with their responses. I would like to make a special mention to one of their employees Izzy Denton, who really made me feel comfortable as well giving a very professional experience. Because of her I will always recommend yourselves to my friends and family

Last October bought a property advertised with Manning Stainton in Adel and in January this year sold a property again using Manning Stainton. I have to say that Manager Mr. Matthew Pank has my full respect, is professional, straightforward, no bull, and a really nice guy. His staff, Annabell Ifould & Jack Grantham are both enthusiastic, thorough and a pleasure to deal with.
I cannot recommend this team highly enough and ask the question 'why use anyone else!'
Not forgetting Yvonne Jones, my goodness, what an asset, amazing!

It was great seeing Bethany at the viewing, it was our first meeting with her and she was very warm and welcoming.
Although we were aware that her schedule for the afternoon was busy and tight, we felt that she paid attentions and listened to our position as we found the property a delight and we were very enthusiastic from the onset. She gave some valuable information regarding the house and its potential which helped us with our determination to put an offer in. Thank you Bethany.

My house move wasn't as straight forward as I'd hoped but have to say all at Mannings Adel have been amazing, Matthew, Jack, bel! I have to say a special massive thanks to Yvonne, wow shes been amazing!! From first speaking with her I cannot tell you how helpful she has been, regularly in touch, always responds to any queries promptly and so knowledgeable. This lady went above and beyond for me after a very stressful property sale and I sincerely hope her hard work is recognised. I genuinely don't think I would have got through this without all her help and encouragement. Will kind of miss talking to her now everything is complete..not sure she'll feel the same about me!! Massive thanks again Yvonne you're a real star..don't forget you're invited for Christmas Dinner!!!

All staff were pleasant and helpful ,including on two
visits to the flat, and Yvonne kept in regular touch,
and was informative with a friendly approach.

Buying my first house and found the right one with manning Stainton Adel. Annabel was very friendly always there to answer questions always kept in touch with updates and went above and beyond to help when a problem arised.

The team at Adel are all superb, massive thanks to Bel who is professional yet personable, with excellent communication through the process. They managed to secure a buyer within 10 days on the market thanks to their realistic approach. Thanks you!
