Yvonne and the branch team were wonderful. Yvonne was the glue that held the entire process together for us as it can get stressful. She was very responsive and helpful throughout. Highly recommended and very professional service.

We had a great experience using Manning Stainton for the sale of our house. Jack and the team were professional, timely and informative in all of our conversations, keeping us updated of all viewings and progress. I would use them to buy or sell in the future!

Yvonne, our progressor, was wonderful. She kept us informed throughout our sale and liaised really well between us, our buyer and the solicitors. She was patient and explained things clearly. She was determined to work for both us and our buyer in what was not a straightforward sale to ensure the sale went through. She was a pleasure to deal with.

Dealing with the team at Manning Stainton Adel to sell my Aunt's house was an excellent experience from start to completion. Matthew talked me through the process, then Jack provided regular updates on viewings. The star member of the team though was Yvonne my move manager - I didn't even realise at first how much I needed someone to fulfil this role. She was friendly and professional and her dedication ensured the sale went through to completion.

Had an offer accepted recently through Manning Stainton, and Annabelle who is taking care of the sale has been excellent at communication and has helped the process so far feel very smooth

We recently had help with our sale and had Annabel (Bel) as our main contact. We could not have asked for better! Every person was wonderful, the communication was beyond excellent and they were so helpful when our sale fell through and helped us get another buyer within the week. Would recommend them to anyone!

Hannah Lund was really helpful - from the initial viewing through to the eventual purchase. Hannah kept in touch, made sure we knew what was happening & hurried through the final completion. A wonderful service

I just wanted to give a big thank you to Izzy, who did an excellent job handling the sale of my property. From the very first conversation, she was friendly, switched-on, and really took the time to understand the situation and what I was hoping to achieve.

She moved quickly, kept me updated at every step, and managed to secure a strong offer in no time at all. What stood out most was how easy she made the whole process feel—no chasing, no stress, just solid communication and a clear focus on getting the job done.

Genuinely impressed with her professionalism and approach. Would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell.

If we could rate the stars higher, we would. Manning Stainton, Adel have been amazing from start to finish. Bel in particular has been brilliant , so professional, nothing is too much trouble, regular weekly updates even if nothing to report. She makes handling stress look like a piece of cake. She’s a real asset and we cannot praise her highly enough. We would definitely recommend Manning Stainton to anyone thinking of moving house.

Annabel gave us a tour of the rooms and was very clear and helpful in answering all our questions. Great service and very friendly — we really appreciated it!

I recently worked with Annabel Ifould at the Adel branch, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From start to finish, she was professional, efficient, and genuinely caring.
Annabel was incredibly helpful throughout the process. She answered all my questions promptly, kept me informed, and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. She’s professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her and the Adel branch!

The team at Adel have been amazing with the sale of our house. Special mention and thanks to Izzy who was our move manager, she has been brilliant and supported us through the stressful process that is buying and selling. Knowing she and the team were there to help was invaluable to us. I would recommend Manning Stainton Adel branch in a heartbeat to anyone looking to sell their property. Thanks so much for everything!

Great team! Clearly well organised and in particular a shout out to Izzy who navigated an increasingly complex chain through to completion. Clear comms end to end and a willingness to go the extra mile when it was needed :)

We cannot thank Annabel enough for the quality of her service, she has communicated with us at each step and has taken the stress out of selling our house. Excellent service, thank you so much Annabel!

I worked with Chole and she had been helpful throughout all the process and kept me updated with everything what I asked for and she made sure she would update me on everything with the process going on. I will definitely recommend using them again in the future.

Bel has been amazing updating us from the start, she’s polite professional & personable very impressed!! Hope the sale goes through as smoothly as her excellent service

A first-class service from a team of absolute professionals. From dealing with Bel and then handed through to Yvonne Jones for the moving process, I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the Manning Stainton team. Yvonne became a reassuring angel and guided us through the whole process with professionalism, humour and within a very timely manner. Bravo Yvonne and team - keep up the great work. Happy to recommend you to all of my friends and family who are looking to sell and move. Rich Hayden and family.

After the sale of my property was agreed, Yvonne Jones was fantastic at ensuring the sale went through quickly and efficiently. Yvonne kept me up to date regularly and ensured any issues were dealt with in a professional manner. I was very pleased with how Yvonne handled my sale and would highly recommend her.

Five stars doesn’t feel like enough for Yvonne Jones!
She was absolutely fantastic from start to finish in helping us sell our house. Yvonne kept us updated with regular phone calls, always making sure we knew where things stood and what was coming next. She consistently chased solicitors and buyers on our behalf, and her communication, professionalism, and persistence made the whole process feel much more manageable.
It genuinely felt like she had our best interests at heart throughout. If we were to use Manning Stainton again in the future, I would personally request to work with Yvonne—she’s a credit to the team.

Recently purchased my new home through Manning stainton and had a great experience. Their customer service is expecting especially Izzy Denton she continually updated me numerous times through the week and felt to me like she was doing the job of the whole chain, she continually chased everyone's estate agents and solicitors it filled me with confidence.
