Very much enjoyed our overnight stay at Maldron Hotel Newcastle.

Air-conditioned room, comfortable beds and crisp linen, wide variety of choice for breakfast – all-in-all super service and value for money! Special thanks to Suzanne on reception for quickly resolving billing issue with patience and calm!

Will definitely be back!

Great service from all staff but special to Akshay.

First night in the Maldron parnell square. Found the receptionist unsympathetic when I explained she spoke too fast and that I'm hard or hearing. She was very dismissive and almost irked when I was getting directions to carpark which were honestly unclear with her accent. After having dinner in the Hotel I was looking forward to a cup of tea and a biscuit when I was tole they did not provide these and THERE WERE NO BISCUITS ON THE PREMISES. I was not offered an alternative and the manager gave me the day managers card to speak to him the nxt day...I'd call that passing the buck..very disappointing stay so far

We are regulars at Maldron Newcastle as it’s always our preferred hotel, perfectly situated within the city centre, nothing is too far out the way. Every room we’ve had has always been immaculate and the staff have always gone above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect and it has been every single time 😊 looking forward to our next visit already! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to maldron hotel tallaght as st pats played shamrock rover's we were there supporting our favorites before the match we decided to go In for a drink the bar was very busy my sister and I got talking to a young lady Michelle very good at what she does knows exactly what way to work the crowd taking 4 orders at a time my sister said how does that girl do it pulling 2 pints at 1 time Skill that's what that is perfection and Skill she really is a nice genuine young lady very full of ambition and we for one wish her all the best we will be back soon Michelle all the best

My experience was fantastic In the Maldron hotel tallaght whites town way the ladies in the bar put on a show for the children it was nice to see the children interacting with the staff As I said to Ivan your staff hold there positions strongly and very proud all laughs and jokes but professionalism was a 100 for us the service they provided you would not receive any where else well Michelle for 1 was the most welcoming made us feel so comfortable mingling within both parties every body in that room was smiling.I will say 1 thing Michelle I wish you all the best with your career And you will get that position your fighting for because your fighting hard you really honestly deserve it Well done keep doing what your doing we will be back for another party in 3 weeks and I hope to see that Wasitcoat you where telling me about keep shining girl

Really disappointed. If you are looking for a good night sleep and good breakfast this is not the hotel for you. Unfortunately I spend 3 nights in the hotel. At first all look good but then in the middle of the night the hotel switch off the AC making impossible to rest.. I talked to few members at the front desk who informed me that unfortunately it’s the hotel policy to switch it off at night ??!!??!!!?! I was told to call receptionist when the room was too hot so they can switch AC back on for 2hrs, that made me to wake up every 2 hrs during the night so I end up so tired that I enjoy very little my Easter break. The breakfast is very very poor quality and the service is just terrible. I’ve stained over 15 hotels 4* in the last 2 years and the breakfast of this one is the worse.

A pet hate of mine with hotels is the check in. I appreciate house rules I also appreciate rooms need to cleaned. I arrived at the hotel at 14.30 check in is 15.00. I’ve booked joining rooms as the 2 teenagers need their own room. I’ve requested joining rooms 6 weeks previously. My call was clear and the listener assured no problem. She even added they would be together on the 10th floor. So I’m 30 minutes early all I wanted to do is dump the bags change and go out. No they are not ready. I’ve booked 2 isn’t one of them ready, no. Joined the queue at 15.00, told at 15.10 those rooms on the 10th not available trying to get me others. 15.15 handed the cards. Now I know this may seem harsh but to me it’s a very poor start to my introduction to this chain. I believe some hotels have a policy not to “release” rooms before check in maybe I’m paranoid. The room was clean, no tea making, no water, no toilet extras. Breakfast excellent staff at breakfast excellent. Oh we received one drinks voucher per guest. Beer or wine I asked for soft drinks for the girls, no sorry only alcohol now that is very poor.

First class service at MALDRON GLASGOW. First class breakfast service. Hot food, amazing choice all taken care of by thee most professional staff. Cameron was refreshing and couldn’t do enough for us . Craig also was helpful and friendly. Rooms immaculate and great to see a breakfast area CLEAN and hygienic. No choice to leave a review for Glasgow maldron on here so please pass this review on . Most city hotels are mediocre but this hotel had it all

(Manchester) Hotel room was lovely, nice and clean, had everything needed, nice coffee machine, very quiet - would stay again.

The bar (although pricey) had a great atmosphere, shouting out to Ben and Rose who kept us topped up all night and accommodated our work party of more than 20 people with smiles and patience all night! Absolutely class.

Stayed at the Maldron in Manchester for 5 nights on a work trip. Will definitely recommend to my colleagues. Special mention to Ben in the bar, who was fantastic and nothing was too much trouble for him. Also the breakfast servers were very helpful. Would definitely recommend and will be back on my next trip.

we stayed in both the Maldron Cork and the Maldron Glasgow, and can honestly say these guys know how to run a hotel. Nothing was too much for them! The staff were friendly, the room was HUGE and beautiful, the cleaners had a sense of humor.. amazing! We loved every minute and will definately be back for more. Roll on the next Bryan Adams concert and we will be booking a twin room! Not even a single doubt!

Stayed in the Galway (Sandy Road) hotel twice in the past year. Excellent both times! Friendly and helpful staff, nice rooms, great restaurant and very convenient location. Thank you!

El Hotel Maldron Kevin Street Dublin ha intentado usar sin mi consentimiento los datos de mi tarjeta, ha realizado dos cargos de una reserva cancelada, ha intentado realizar un tercer cargo ( ya no había fondos en la tarjeta y no pudo). Hice la reserva a través de Booking y la cancelé dentro del plazo convenido en la reserva. Yo no facilité mis datos bancarios al hotel, sí lo hice a Booking para poder hacer la reserva. Afortunadamente, Booking ha conseguido que me devuelvan el dinero, pero durante tres días el dinero no estaba en mi cuenta y era una cantidad considerable pues la reserva era para 3 hab/6 adultos. No he recibido disculpas ni explicación alguna por esta mala práctica. Desgraciadamente, me informa mi entidad bancaria que esta situación es posible, al entregar los datos de mi tarjeta autorizo a que el hotel disponga de esos fondos. Me avisan que es mejor no entregar esos datos si la empresa no es de confianza. Este hotel NO es de confianza, espero que os sirva de ayuda mi experiencia.

I stayed at Maldron Manchaster. The ride there was exhausting and from the moment I parked the staff serviced my family and I.
The room I was given at first made us a little uncomfortable due to its size, but after requesting they moved us in no time to a bigger room.
Lobby, halls, rooms, and the rest was clean and organized.

Thank you, will definitely visit again.

If I could put zero I would..I stayed at the Newlands Cross one with my wife 8,5 and 10 month old kids..First up (our first room) was like a furnace so we obviously had the window open, we may as well have slept beside a moving train with it been beside the motorway. We got a fan which looked and sounded like a fan from the 80's and with this we may as well have camped on the runway at Dublin airport plus the tv volume went to 30 only, trying to hear Bradley Walsh ask a question made me feel like I didn't have my hearing aids. They messed up our tickets for Tayto Park which put us back an hour. When we arrived back instead of maybe a complimentary meal we were greeted with about 10 euro s worth of Aldi products from across the road ( prob not to write this review). The staff in particular at the front desk were definitely hired by a person drunk off their minds as their customer service left alot to be desired. I as you can read will never stay here or any Maldron hotel again.. thank God for Air B n B s I say

We have so far stayed in the Maldron Cork and the Maldron Glasgow and both times found them friendly and spotlessly clean!
The staff are amazing, so friendly and with a great sense of humor, and the rooms have been quiet and comfortable!
I would highly recommend!
