I have been a customer at Macro Packaging for several years and find their items and service very competitive with similar companies but I find their delivery times quicker and overall much more efficient. I would thoroughly recommend.

Fantastic customer service. Excellent quality packaging at fair prices

Appalling service ordered 5 boxes. When dropped in the man who dropped this from DPD was extremely rude and aggressive, practically threw the boxes against the wall, yelled out to my receptionist who is a young lady to come and take the boxes and why didn't she open the door fast enough for him, worst customer service I have ever experienced In my life !! I would have given this company a 1 star if it wasn't for the lovely gentleman who picked up the phone for me and apologised for this mishap.

Finally good centrefeed rolls good quality plenty on the roll tight and lots of paper 1and the price best I've found so far I've brought loads online but always rubbish I will be buying from macro packaging from now on thank you

I wish I hadn't ordered especially as the most recent review explains exactly the problem I'm now having.

The description of the size on the website is not clear, in fact i would say it is misleading and inaccurate. I now have 250 bags that are too small. I read the reviews before I ordered and was very careful to buy the right size.

I spoke to customer services (I use that description loosely) We realised the issue quite quickly, however, apparently this is my issue and they've been selling bags like this for 25yrs without a problem!! I would like to have exchanged the bags but they refused to pay for the return.

To further exacerbate the issue the representative kept asking me to read out to him what it said on the website.......

When I asked him how to progress this he originally said I needed to raise a return but wouldn't tell me how to do this. Eventually he said just send it to our address - having read other reviews I wasn't willing to send something ad-hoc as my guess is the parcel will not be received by them.

I have raised a issue with PayPal. I deliberately used paypal so i would have some security and I'm glad i did

Avoid. Customer service doesn't exist, in fact, the customer is an idiot

Poor customer service. Ignored emails. Finally answered phone. Paper bags sent were different size from those ordered. Measurements on website are incorrect but Customer Service person said that there was a different way of measuring bags - no, just not the size described. Offered refund but I'd need to pay for postage.

My first order with this company. I called first with a few questions, and spoke to a super helpful chap called Chris.
My order was delivered the following day AND all boxes had been wrapped for protection, so no damage to them. I have used other companies in the past and at least half of the pack could not be used.

Awful company. Awful customer service. Paid for 2 day delivery. They failed to do this. Wanted a signature for a £2.80 item. Poor business sense. According to Customer service they have lots of problems.
