Macro Packaging were incredibly efficient with the delivery of my order, it literally shipped the morning I ordered it. DPD failed to deliver one of my shipments but Macro Packaging were very good at refunding me for this order. I will be working with them again due to their efficiency at delivering orders and excellent customer service.

The returns process is not very good. I will not buy again. It states that a 20 percent restocking fee is charged for returns, not worth me returning my items, hardly any companies charge such a fee these days. I can understanding paying for the return postage, but...

These Guys are AMAZING! Wish I'd found them sooner! So nice to know I've ordered from a family run company too.
