With nearly 15 years of structural packaging design experience, Flush Packaging offers over 200 optimized corrugated packaging solutions, including single, 2-pack, 3-pack, 6-pack, and 12-pack configurations. All products are manufactured, in stock, and ready to ship, with low minimum order quantities starting at 10 units.
Customers can order up to five samples with free shipping to perform a test-fit before ordering larger volumes. Samples can be ordered directly from any product page.
Flush Packaging also provides custom packaging design services at no additional cost, including 3D design renderings and prototypes.
Our packaging is made from recyclable, paper-based materials and engineered to protect products during transit. To date, Flush Packaging has helped keep over 4.2 million square feet of plastic bubble wrap out of the environment by transitioning customers to sustainable alternatives.

I would never buy anything from this business and…
I would never buy anything from this company again, and I would never recommend this business to anyone. They have sophomoric business practices as reiterated by the owner below who, apparently, feels justified in her actions, as opposed to embarrased, which would be the more appropriate response to my review. My crime was I ordered and paid for two individual mailers. This company cancelled and refunded the second one because customers aren't allowed to buy two of these. Weird. No thanks!

I started by ordering samples first because I wasn't entirely sure which size or fit would work best for my products. During that process, Randy Baudendistel from their team actually reached out via email to check in on my sample order and offered to personally verify my vessel measurements to ensure I got the exact right box. That level of proactive customer service really stood out!
I put in an order for the 4 oz Straight-Sided Glass Jar 3-Pack Retail Box from Flush Packaging, and I was super impressed with how quickly my package arrived!
The box quality is solid and displays the jars beautifully. Assembly takes a little bit of work and practice to get down at first, but once you get the fold pattern into a rhythm, it gets much easier.
Overall, I really like this packaging setup—it's sturdy, presents well, and is definitely going to work for my product line and gift sets. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for clean, professional sampler packaging!

My only complaint is that the bulk orders are in amounts that are much more than individuals (as opposed to companies) need. Offering the various sizes of Ball jar packaging in smaller quantities would be really great for those of us with small gardens/orchards who like to send gift packs to friends and family!
