Taken Care Of

Received curtains from Lush and they had a couple "rust spots" on them. However, more were shipped out right away! We enjoy the colour, and the quality. Would recommend to anyone.

I have a Lush quilt on my bed in my…

I have a Lush quilt on my bed in my master bedroom that I love. I bought the Peacock quilt for the bed in my spare bedroom and washed it before I put it on the bed. The dark blue in the quilt really faded. It didn't bother me at first but after a while I ordered another one. Washed it and again the dark blue faded and the strip around the bottom came loose. I am going to have to buy another quilt for the spare bedroom. Even though I love your quilts I can't bring myself to buy another Lush quilt/

I got a Serena shower curtain for…

I got a Serena shower curtain for Christmas in the blush color so I bought blush colored rugs and a curtain for my bathroom, nothing matched so I searched until I found a peachy colored rug set because the shower curtain was peach not pink, found a darker peach color that looked good so I then bought a Serena curtain panel for my bathroom and OMG it was pink not peach so I posted a complaint and they pretty much told me they don't care. Their response was "The items you purchased were most likely made at different times using different dye lots, and that’s why the colors aren’t exact matches." I would understand a little lighter or darker but peach VS pink, just not right!! I will never purchase anything from Lush Decor or Triangle Home Fashions ever again!!

Thank you for leaving your review. To say we didn't care is unfair. We reached out initially on your product review because we do care. You didn't email or call our customer service team, you left a product review on our website. We saw it and wanted to learn more and to see if there was anything we could do.

The photo you provided shows two items that look pink, one darker than the other. That may just be the lighting, but it's all we had to go on. Our design team concluded the colors were not defective from that photo, and we offered to provide a hefty discount on any replacements or future orders, and also offered to check all colors before shipping anything out to you. Our return policy is clear that we only take returns for 30 days after orders, and that we can't provide exchanges or refunds for purchases made for orders placed on websites other than our own, so that was the best we could do with the information we had. So we're sorry that you didn't have a great experience, and we do care. We will work with our factories to prevent this from becoming an issue for a future customer.

The quilts feel like BUTTER!!!!

I own one other quilt by Lush and it is WONDERFUL! This new purchase was even better. This time, I went directly through Lush. The service was AWESOME and my shipment arrived quickly. The quality my quilts and throws are TOP Quality! I am hooked! I'm in search of a little more masculine one for my 18 year old son. He is SO JEALOUS!!

I ordered some panels for my window quite a long time ago and had I not emailed them to resend it wouldn’t of happened and still not scheduled to get til 9/9

Hi, Sonia. I apologize for the delay. We had a tracking number on the order, so we had no way of knowing that it wasn't moving through FedEx without you contacting us. Once we have a tracking number, the order closes. But we were able to re-ship the panels immediately with upgraded shipping, and hopefully you will find they are worth the wait.

Sketchy return policy and procedure

I purchased an item and it arrived on time and as described. The color was not what I expected. The return process was not easy or clear. I probably would have exchanged the item had the whole process to return not seemed so shady. I still do not know if they will refund the item. (They seem to be very picky)

Hi, Allison. Please contact our customer support team with any questions you have about the return process. We try to make it as easy as possible, but we're always willing to answer any additional questions you have. But in the most basic terms, as long as it comes back unused with all original product packaging, you will get your refund. We do inspect every item that is returned because we cannot accept a used product to be returned.

I am sorry to hear you received the wrong curtains. I checked your order number and see that it is nearly 5 months old and that there are no notes on it. Did you ever contact customer service to rectify the issue? We would have immediately shipped out the correct panels.

If this is a real scenario, then I am very sorry to hear that your shipping was slow and that a bug was found. However, I am dubious of this claim as I am showing no orders from anyone named Gavin not just in the past year, but ever. Literally no person named Gavin has ordered from our website LushDecor.com, and nobody has emailed us or called to make this complaint prior to it being posted here on TrustPilot.
