They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. The owner knows my entire family and takes great care of us and any issues or problems that may happen.

I loved how responsive and attentive they were with my order. I couldn't make it in right away and one item was no longer available, so they found a comparable one and held it until I could come by. I could spend all day looking at their fine curation of goodies. Just wish they were closer to me!

Store full of a large supply of vendors with a wide variety of products! If your into card making, scrapbooking or junk journaling, I highly recommend you visit this store!!!

I like how this pen looks very much. Even with a fine nib, the ink flow very smoothly. The glass bead game ink is very light in my opinion when use to write with, so when it came out dark and concentrated, I was very impressed.

Everyone was kind with my online experience & when I went by in person to shop a few more items. Great selection and I can’t wait to return next time I’m in the area. One of my friends said it was the highlight of her trip!

The array of stationary products from the fountain pens, fountain pen ink, specialty company products, etc being sold there. Plus the sweet customer service and eclectic atmosphere. Even my husband loved the store.

A really unique store. I went there to look at their selection of card making supplies. They had a nice selection.

Got the vintage advent Calendar. Beautiful presentation and lovely packaging. I’m on day two and so far day one was a craft washi tape , day two another craft washi tape.. I was hoping for more stationary items. Since I don’t use washi tape, I’m hoping this whole advent calendar isn’t just a bunch of tapes.!!! We’ll see and I’ll update accordingly.
UPDATE: i’m on day 10 now and so far I have received five rios of washi tapes, in various scrapbooking papers I guess to decorate your scrapbooking pageMd. The description, for this stated there would be stationary and journaling items. I don’t do scrapbooking. I have no use for this. I splurged on this for myself this year and I’ve been so very disappointed.
I have reached out to the company, but so far no replies.
Update: I finally was able to locate a phone number, left a message with NO REPLIES. Called again and reached somone. She informed me that since they did not package the advent calendar, they can not accept a return or refund because they cannot resell. I asked her if the items in the calendar were from her store. She confirmed they were from her store. the items are unused and unopened, so why can't they sell them. I think the lack of replies and customer service speak for itself. If I add up the cost of items in the calendar, using the store as reference, it does not add up to $116. I'm so glad I could not afford the larger calendar. This store may have nice merchandise for the scrapbooker, but their morals and customer service are severely lacking.

I had a wonderful time at the Fountain Pen Friday event! The store is beautiful and has so much cool stationary and interesting things. The people are friendly and helpful, and in general the atmosphere is lovely.

This is such a wonderful, eclectic shop. Employees are all friendly and helpful while allowing you to meander and enjoy shopping. It is one of our favorite shops especially for special and unique gifts!

While my order was delivered a full 5 days earlier than expected, it was broken when I opened it. Not beyond repair however, infact the only thing broken was that none of the end caps were connected to their support struts. I was able to hot glue them on but past that the main rod is quite flimsy and the handle is only cheap plastic and just a little too small for comfort. The colors are quite nice though and it is indeed usable.
