I highly recommend Jacob and the Lumberjack Direct team. They have great prices and even better customer service. They are incredibly responsive...I just wish they sold more than flooring so I could work with them more.

We were very happy with the variety of samples that were provided by this company! Shipping was quick, product was great, and I have recommended lumberjack to a few friends.

Selecting flooring is big decision.After visiting a local The Floor Store, I found the cost exorbitant and started looking for ways to buy with less middleman costs. I tried ordering samples from manufacturers but found the process a little too hands off. Then, I discovered Lumberjack Direct. Our assigned sales rep Jake (who is expert in the industry, not just a salesperson) was unbelievably knowledgeable, responsive, patient and always ready to help me get samples and discuss the pros and cons of different products. He was never pressing me to pull the trigger or to choose something I didn't want. We finally ended up purchasing one of their in-house-made custom products, which we found to be not only even more cost-effective than the big brands, but also a better quality and beautiful product.
In the end, I can only say that my experience could not have been any better. Trying to buy such a important and permanent product like flooring definitely seems like an in-person IRL-required experience but I can say that the Lumberjack Direct sales process was just as good if not better - - and the cost savings was exceptional. Even when we encountered a snag with the delivery courier, Lumberjack Direct was responsive and helpful. Now, even after my sale and installation, Jake is still willing to take time to engage. I would send any friend and family member to use LJD.

It took us a while to figure out the flooring that we felt would work perfectly in our home.

I contacted Lumberjack direct several times with questions about flooring. I was interested in. Not once we're they short or disrespectful with me.
Upon delivery, the shipping Co. Left my order on a walking pathway, making it impossible to walk by. They are the ones that inform me. That the big pallet could be taken apart. It was composed of much smaller boxes, making it easy to relocate enormous pile. So I got my contractor to do exactly that. Not only that , they refunded my delivery fee. Their customer service is impeccable, and their prices are very reasonable.
I would definitely recommend their products. You'll have no regrets.

There were too many small boards that I couldnt use becuase they create too many H joints.

Needing flooring is not always a choice. We had a main water pipe burst while my wife and I were in Europe. I did extensive research online to replace our flooring and reached out to Lumberjack Direct. I used the chat assistant on the website with ease and was connected to Erykah. Erykah is the point of contact. She is so proficient, kind, informative, and efficient. I was able to reach out to her on several occasions, and she always was able to solve issues, suggest other solutions. Communication is key to a successful transaction and Erykah’s customer service was impeccable. Lumberjack is doing the right thing, having Erykah as the “face” of the company.
