Been ordering from these guys for a while, they can get anything toys and figures wise for ya, good communication and fast, I mean they almost reply instantly. I highly recommend

I've been buying Gunpla from this website and its premium lunapark site since Jan 2023. All items I bought are not cheap(limited edition of Metal Build gundam from tamashi nation store), and they delivered all items in brand new conditions with nice packing. The reason why I purchased from them is because the price is cheaper than P-bandai US site and they had items that are not released in US. So I highly recommend this store and I'll also continue to purchase with them. And it would be great if the store can ship items a bit quicker but that won't change my loyalty on them so far.

Amazing site I’ve ordered a ton of figures shipping is quick for it to be overseas shipping always comes in great condition 10/10 I highly recommend using them … other sites Japanese based sites sell out and crash within seconds while Luna park makes it so easy to get those highly sought figures and they ship months before the US schedule releases, I get my products before the US site customers get their products.. very friendly team as we’ll always respond if I have questions and care they show to make sure I’m a happy customer is amazing keep up the great work Luna park

I have been purchasing items from lunapark for 6-8 times. So far, purchasing experience is pleasant and satisfactory. I got the items I paid for with no issues. They are very responsive with chat, and will reply to me concerns/questions very quickly. In terms of follow up customers questions, they are one of the best online shop regarding that. Further they also have a very fair reward system for me to claim points. Recently, I bought the dx chogokin gundam RX-780F00, and I used my points to claim for discount which is very good.

Ok so I keep seeing all these crazy reviews as an avid buyer from Luna park for over a year I’ve not had one issue and I’ve ordered over 8 metal robot spirits gundams which aren’t cheap. All of them came in brand new condition and shipped within a week of release. I think a lot of people pre order things and then expect them to ship once they pay. If people are having communication issues then download the Luna park app and communicate via that. I always and I mean always get timely responses. They also do a points rewards system which has helped a lot. They are also cheaper than P Bandai on a lot of their items. I highly recommend them and won’t buy my gundams from anywhere else.

I have received all my products in perfect condition and at time.

I think they do a good job. I am a “Saint Seiya” collector and I have gotten most of my figures thanks to them, since they have the best prices on the market. In addition, they are quite fast when it comes to shipping the products and their reward system helps to get good discounts. good job Luna Park K.K

Absolutely horrible experience. Purchased the special edition of the FF7 Remake OST for 300,000 yen or roughly $322 AUD after conversion. Took almost a whole month for the product to arrive, only to receive the normal edition which you can find anywhere for as little as $100 AUD. The whole purchasing process was a little annoying too, was provided an invalid tracking number with no updates for a week and a half. Stay as far away as possible from this company, believe all the negative reviews.

Easy to use site, got my product shipped in good time and pricing was what I was expecting. Will go with them again next time.

Lunapark was very helpful for finding limited items that are difficult and expensive to find and pre-ordered. Communicating with them was easy and they response right away. I never encounter any shipping issues with them. Highly recommended Lunapark if your trying to find any japanese toys, anime action figures and more.

J'ai prépayé une figurine, au moment de sa sortie, cela faisait plus d'un mois toujours rien,donc je l'ai contact ils me disent que la figurine a déjà été ramassée. Mensonge.Je contacte PayPal, dans l'immédiat PayPal litige s'impose ,tout de suite après ils m'envoient un numéro de suivi FedEx, la figurine venait juste d'être envoyé, je pense qu'il voulait pas l'envoyer, sans PayPal j'aurai rien eu. Conclusion ne pas acheter chez eux ils sont malhonnêtes.

Luna Park is an unprofessional, not to mention fraudulent, seller.

Luna park put ads on ebay that include multiple transformers characters and then sends you only some of them

Do not purchase from Luna Park the Optimus prime + hoist + sound barrier + grapple package that is currently sold on eBay

I already bought it and they only sent me Optimus + hoist

At first they said they would arrive with a second parcel and with the same tracking number. Liars.
Exchange of messages lasted a month
They refused sending missing items or making partial refund, writing messages only to lose time

Forced by eBay, they finally sent me a postal note to make a return with a full refund.
But their hope/goal is probably that I don't return it.

Damn them

I'm a LONG-time Gundam/Mecha/Anime fan and I've been a LunaPark online store user (lpstore & lpprem. sites) since 2021. The reason I still use them is that they have a top-notch / A-1 selection for my gundam collection interests and I haven't had any issues w/shipping, etc. They're pretty responsive and courteous, too, which is a real bonus these days...you're not going to find any online site that's "100% just for you", but the lunapark stores are a great go-to for me! I expect another Fedex pkg today from LP, which is just a 3-4 day turn-around! Thanks, LP!!

Shipped me a product with damage. Keep responding saying they will send me a return shipping label but never send the label. No resolution for import costs. Overall terrible experience, I have been trying to sort this out for 6 months.

Further to leaving this review, Luna Park are now refusing to provide support:

"We can't issue a return label for you as long as the review remains there, we see it as a deal breaker. If the review was written by you, can we ask you to go back to what agreed, please kindly delete the review then we will issue a return label for you"

I have been a customer with luna park since 2011 and very happy with their shop.

Even I live in Australia, I am able to get many hard to find items from them over the years.

From my experience, their online customer support has been very good, patient and responsive in helping me with my queries as well.

I do highly recommend this shop!

Purchasing from lunapark is straight forward and easy. They offer great Japanese exclusives which can be hard to come by from other sites. If requested they do offer down payment programs and paypal for those looking to limit risk. They respond over chat pretty quickly when you have questions. I would have given a 5 but sometimes they can be a bit slower than desired to get your items shipped. So far I have bought multiple items and always got what I paid for,
