Been ordering from these guys a good bit lately, great for Canadian shoppers, especially in terms of delivery speed (just don't pick fleetoptics) and selection. They've got all the imports at decent and comparable prices if you include all the duties and expensive overseas shipping, and always good to support locally. I've had 2 issues with quality problems on some figures (not their fault, just how it is sometimes) and they've stepped up quick to resolve them. No complaints here, shop it up folks.

5 stars. Yes, there were some minor points for improvement. I live in the Netherlands and I didn’t receive very clear updates on the tracking information. However, I must say that when I emailed them a few times, I always received a polite and helpful response.

So, 5 stars. Small to medium-sized businesses that respond quickly and do what they promise deserve respect. The box arrived safely, the product is beautiful, and the price is good. Arrived in 14 days.

I give 1 star for shipment. I payed for express saver and it wasn't send the way i payed for.
No one informed me that it wasn't send by UPS express saver.
I don't recommend.
I live in Poland so it takes a very very long time for delivery.
Shame i cannot add photos of payment.

I change from 1 to 3 coz i get refund on delivery but still had to pay taxes. In overall Ask very often about delivery methods

Didn't inform me that my order would have an extremely high tariff. Had to pay at delivery. Customer service didn't respond to my emails.

This company is selling fake Labubus. Comes with 10 teeth, instead of 9, and no QR code that can scratch off. I wouldn't be surprised because the owner JP is the BIGGEST FRAUD I'VE EVER MET. Keeping multiple girlfriends at the same time, tricking them into thinking they are the only one. With this lack of integrity I would avoid at all costs.

Update: The Lafufu was personally delivered in a shipping box with a label for a dental office in Mississauga. What connection a toy business and a dental office have is concerning considering the owner claims he doesn't know a woman that works there. Attempts to resolve this with customer service was unsuccessful. Some say Labubus are possessed. It's as if the devil himself delivered it.

I purchased some item that was delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake made by the carrier but Titantoyz were really understanding and sent me another package without any fees, i recommend this shop

**AVOID AT ALL COST** a scalping company that values small profit over integrity. fully charged me for a pre-order of 6 pokemon products in november 2024. nothing shipped on release day because they most likely sold them for 2x or 3x the price instead of honoring their pre-orders. "we're going to send you 1 box and the rest once there are reprints". then nothing. they stopped responding to emails when i was asking for updates. they only responded after threatening them to do a chargeback. they simply cancelled my order after months of waiting. take your business elsewhere.

Titan Toyz has some amazing communication with their costumers, fast replies and detailed messages. The ability for them to get products which are out of stock upon asking is also amazing!

However waiting for the mail confirming your order has been sent does take a while...

(Edit:) I just wanted to say how lucky I feel to have found you guys. As someone in Europe, it’s hard to get my hands on some of these figures without paying crazy prices, but Titan Toyz has been amazing. Thank you so much for your help and for being so awesome!

I have purchased several items from Titan Toyz over the past year or so. Every transaction has been awesome, in fact the last experience compelled me to leave this review. Prices are fair, flexible payment options, items arrive on time plus order hoarding to save costs on shipping. What more can you ask for?

Titan Toyz is an amazing place to shop for action figures! I’ve been shopping with them for years and they’re my go-to shop for figures from lines like Mezco, Mafex, and SH Figuarts at an affordable price. They’re super nice folks too and it’s a joy to pick up orders from them. I totally recommend them!

The worst experience ever! Paid $50 for two limited edition Dummy 13 figures! They were NEVER delivered! Why? Because Titantoyz uses the Chinese company UniUni as a shipping service! We are a Military family that lives on a Military Base. UniUni is not allowed on Military Bases. NONE of this was disclosed on either of their websites! UniUni’s shipping message states, “customer rejected package,” which is a lie! They never even attempted a delivery! The toys were sent back to the warehouse where they sit in Baltimore! I reached out to UniUni. Their site has a phone number which is just a recording that says to file inquiries on line and then hangs up on you!!! I filed two inquiries on line and no update! This is the worst part, Titantoyz told me there was NOTHING they could do! That me, the customer, has to reschedule delivery with their Chinese Shipping Partner UniUni! I explained to Titantoyz I filed two inquiries, UniUni is their shipping partner choice not mine, they will NOT deliver the toys and Titantoyz will NOT issue me a refund! They have to receive toys back first in mint condition! Well, Titantoyz they are sitting in a warehouse in Baltimore, not moving for the last 10 days! What sort of Toy Company makes it the customer’s responsibility to reach out to their Chinese Shipping partner and correct things!? A Chinese shipping company that is impossible to contact! Now, Titantoyz is ignoring all of my requests and emails! I’m out $50 and two toys! Titantoyz you are the worst! I should have trusted my gut and ordered the same exact toys on Amazon Prime for a lot cheaper! They would have been here in two days! A company that doesn’t take responsibility is a company that will not prosper and will not be here long! Run far, far away from Titantoyz!
UPDATE: Shortly after this review and another email to Titantoyz they decided to do the right thing and issue me a refund! They emailed me and said they couldn’t even get in touch with UniUni shipping company! Unfortunately, I had to send countless emails to Titantoyz asking for help, inquiries to a Chinese shipping company that NEVER responds and file a complaint with my bank before I was able to get my money back! ALL of this could have been avoided had Titantoyz handled this correctly the first few times. Total headache for the last several weeks!

The figures were packaged incredibly well, with no bumps, scraps or scratches. The customer service was some of the best I have ever seen with quick response and fast shipping. Totally recommend.

This company is amazing at customer service there goal is simply to help collectors get what they want they are at customer service and satisfaction the prices are great and everything about this company is amazing HIGHLY RECOMMEND have done business with them multiple times and each time is great.

Just picked up a preorder and I’ve made several other orders with Titan Toyz for many diffident brands of figures and I’ve always been satisfied with no issues. I was able to find some good prices and hard to find figures as well. I had orders shipped with no problems and also have picked up at the shop which is great for people in the Toronto area. Sometimes import brands of collectables can be delayed but you can preorder on the site so you can make sure you get them once they are available.
