What a nightmare experience. I was in japan when i purchased an item from this store. I told them i want to be shipped before i went back to my country. Which they promised. Then they said it cant be done but they dont want to cancel it so it need to be shipped internationally. I told them i dont want because the import tax will be massive. Then they PROMISED its tax free.

Turns out its not. After dragging for 4 months (unbelievable) they said to me to paid for it and solve this afterwards. Then after i paid it they said they cant do anything. Unbelievable nightmare experience.

I have been shopping at Luna Park since May 2023 and I have never had any complaints. I receive my orders promptly and they are well packed.

Excellent experience. I was visiting Japan, and they were able to deliver my figure to my hotel directly. 100% reliable because they communicate well with their customers. Will definitely do business with again!

Forget every other online store you've used. For years, this one has consistently provided the absolute best customer service I've ever experienced. And that's comparing them to online retailers worldwide, including those in Japan. Their dedication is unmatched, and I recommend them without a shadow of a doubt. If you have any questions or specific needs, don't hesitate to reach out. They truly go above and beyond to help. I wouldn't shop anywhere else for figures of all kinds.

It is a trustworthy store. Although it took a bit longer than planned to ship the item (the website says 2 weeks and it took almost 4), once the item was shipped, I received it in 2 days.

The item came as expected Bandai Cloth Myth Ex (New). The box was intact and it arrived in perfect conditions.

A encomenda demorou quase 2 semanas para ser enviada da loja, mas após o fazerem chegou em uns 3 dias.
Chegou em bom estado, embora uma das caixas dos personagens vir com um canto amassado.
Desalfandegar… para terem uma ideia, juntem mais um terço ao valor que pagam na loja.

I have been using Luna Park since 2017. Jimmy and the crew offer amazing customer service and super fast shipping to the UK. I do not use any other store for international purchases.
They’ve given me great prices on some very hard items to find.

These guys continue to impress. I do not agree with any of the 1 star reviews. This past year, I have ordered over 20 figures from them. If the poor service insinuated by 1 star reviews was true, based on average - I would have had poor service. I have not had one single bad experience.

They have, on multiple occasions, helped me source rare figures that I simply cannot find in the UK. Most recently was the Hollow Knight Hornet Nendoroid.

Ignore the 1 star reviews. Make sure to message the stuff through their easy to find instant messager. Their communication is excellent. Their staff are lovely and their English is superb. If you need a figure, this is where to go.

Kudos to the whole team for being so accommodating with my request. Wasn’t able to receive my figure when I went to Japan for the holidays due to logistics concerns, and they kindly shipped it to my home country, instead. Everything went really smoothly, and I received my figure in great condition. They were also really quick in responding to emails. ♥️ will be buying more soon!

Picked up my item while on holiday in Tokyo. Very happy with my new chogokin gundam figure. It is new and unopened for a reasonable price.

Beware of this company! They take full payment upfront as a deposit, but when the item finally becomes available, they claim it’s sold out. It can take months to get your money back, and the entire process is extremely frustrating.

I received my VF-1J. Customer service is good. They replied my messages quickly. Happy to shop with them again.

Very good store for hard to find anime and other collectables. I have made about a dozen orders with them. Sometimes it takes a few extra weeks for them to ship items than other stores, but they have always been reliable.

I would also recommend using their app for the chat feature.
