Broken zipper!
Dress is lovely but the zipper broke the first time I wore it. I had to use safety pins to secure the dress. I do not recommend buying this poor quality dress. I would return it if I could.

Horrible dress. Paid over $100 to get a crappy design that didn’t match the photos or sizing listed online. Do not use this company for quality or anything, really.

Extremely disappointed
I am extremely disappointed with my experience. When purchasing a dress online, I expect to be able to try it on to determine whether it fits properly. Unfortunately, the dress arrived with a security fabric loop attached throughout the garment, making it impossible to try on without removing it.
After removing the security fabric, I was finally able to try on the dress and discovered that I was unhappy with the fit. However, because I removed the security fabric, I am now unable to return it.
It is incredibly frustrating to spend a significant amount of money on a dress that I cannot wear or return. Customers should be able to properly try on an item before deciding whether to keep it. This return policy, combined with the way the security fabric is attached, creates an unfair and disappointing shopping experience.
