I had an amazing customer service after purchasing 2 dresses in order to choose the one that fits me best. I received the 2 dressed a month apart and manage to return the first one . It was very smooth and the lady I talk to was very kind and efficient. Got my refund pretty quickly also.

Regarding the dress : great colour , a bit thin and see through but easy to deal with. You might need some alteration as the dress can fit super big even if it's a small for the Stephanie dress. The Bonnie one suits me perfectly.

I would definitely order again .

This company is less than honest and if you have an issue or ordered a product that turns out less than adequate watch out, they will turn their back on you.
I had a terribly product delivery experience and their comment to me was “ sorry but we will not take responsibility, you have the right of Small Claims Court”.
I even found the cell number of the owner, and left her a few respectful polite message to please call me back…..no response.
You choose to do business with this company when something in your life demands 100% quality and reliability, and this company might or will not produce for you, they will leave you harmed, disappointed and over spending your hard earned money to make up for their bad business behavior. Don’t do business with them.

Got what I picked n got them fast

Over priced, bad fit, and low quality manufactured straight from china!
Purchased 2 pink bridesmaid dresses and the quality is the same as if I bought from Shein. No free returns in addition to paying for shipping either!

I have ordered 3 different dresses. All different styles and in two different sizes (xs and s) and they have all come entirely too big! I am not a small girl by any means but you would think a company that charges over $100 for a dress would have better sizing. I am so disappointed in this. I shouldn’t have to pay even more money to get a dress altered. The only reason I had to use this company is because it was at the request of the brides. I refuse to use this company for my future wedding.

The quality and the processing of my order was excellent!

Not being able to cancel my order right away and had to have it sent to me before I could return it. Then a return sticker was not sent to me .

I ordered the dress with the “rush” fee service, however, the shipping company experienced a delay. After two weeks with no updates I contacted Birdy Grey to discuss my options. BG graciously refunded not only my $8 “rush fee,” they also refunded my shipping costs as a gesture of good will.
As a solution, customer service also offered to send another dress out to me as I was concerned the original was lost in the mail.
Above and beyond customer service, making wedding season as peaceful as possible!

The ordering process was great, shipped quickly. The dress was picked out by a bride for a wedding I’m a bridesmaid in, and when I received the dress it is literally just two of the thinnest layers of chiffon on the bottom part its literally see through. There’s no way I can walk down the aisle in this without exposing myself.
