Amazing all around!
Everything I ordered arrived as expected. All of the dresses were so lovely, and I enjoyed my dress and my bridesmaids dresses recently during my wedding. The options that we chose not to keep were such an easy time to manage the return! I have bookmarked Lulu’s and will be buying any dresses. I need in the future from you. Other companies should take note of how your service and customer service is so awesome!

Zipper broke at my event
I had this dress on for under three hours and the zipper broke in the back. It ripped open and the zipper was stuck at the top. I almost flashed everyone at the event I was at. incredibly cheap zipper which is disappointing because this is not an inexpensive dress.

The dress is really beautiful, I love the color. I was concerned it wouldn’t stay up or I would have problems since I am pretty chesty, but it was mostly fine. I wore it to a wedding and received lots of compliments

Hoco and winter formal
My daughter has two events coming up. We ordered several dresses and sent back what didn’t work! It was all easy and perfect to try on at home. The two she kept are beautiful and nobody had on the same dress as her for hoco!

No regrets… you will love the dress and the ease of ordering.
Ordering was easy and the shipping was fast. This particular dress for my size kept being out of stock, but I get it. It’s super super elegant looking. Just do your measurements and follow the size chart and it fits really awesome. I have not actually worn it to the event yet because that is not for another month but was very pleased with my experience on ordering and receiving the item.

The ordering process was easy. The sizing guide was very helpful and the dress fit as it said it would. The dress is well made and flattering. My only complaint is that it was too long for me. I am 5’4” so i needed to take it up a bit

Poorly made
Shoes were adorable. Unfortunately the second my daughter put them on the bell separated from the sole and broke.
If you’re reading this an al seeing, if my daughter was perhaps misusing the shoe or being aggressive with out or was too big for the shoe- sh wasn’t. She literally put them on and walked down the stairs to get pictures and it popped off. So cheaply made and def ruined her homecoming. Disappointed.
