Easy to place an order, however delivery states 3 to 5 working days. I ordered trainers as a gift for someone's birthday almost 2 weeks ago. Since then, it's stated "order being prepared" and it's now been 8 working days. No response via contact form & I now just want a refund as the recipient's birthday has passed.

Why take folk's hard-earned money and not fulfill the retail agreement?

Shocking service. Would not recommend to anyone!

Days cant sort out the issue where kids birthday gifts are in question. Drop shipping company with no support at all!

I ordered a garden table,parasol,and 4 chairs from Lovell on 21st July,£69.99.. I paid the optional £7.00 for 48 hr delivery also.I recieved by email ,a confirmation of order,and carrier DPD.
Today the 24th of July still no delivery,i went via Lovell online customer contact form..no acknowledgement,no explaination,,The given telephone number is usless i,e not recognised..tried the tracker.it says parcel gone back to Lovell..hopeless.

Ordered a bicycle multi tool, they canceled the order.
Complete waste of time.
Avoid this retailer.

I hate myself for not reading these reviews before I placed my order a week ago. It was acknowledged immediately but have had nothing since. I purchased shoes for a wedding in a weeks time thinking that was a long enough time for them to be sent to me. I have filled in the contact form and my order number is LOVE81772. It seems people get a more speedy response when they take to this review site. If you are not going to fulfill my order just tell me and refund my money (which by the way has been taken from my account despite your website saying no money comes out till the order is fulfilled! and no it isn’t pending in my account you have it!).
Update 24/07/26 No response from this company. I want to cancel my order and get a full refund now including the money I have paid for deliver

Order a LA Galaxy shirt off this company two weeks ago for some unknown reason the courier company EVERI sent it back to them. I’ve been in contact with the courier company and got proof they sent it back but this company said they haven’t received the item yet. The only conclusion I have is that they never paid the postage that’s why the courier company sent it back. Sent email after email with proof that it was sent back tried ringing them. They both lines are closed and have been for two days, I will never ever use this company again.

I ordered a pair of running shoes for £115 through their website. A few hours later it was cancelled without reason.

I followed up with Lovell Sports to find out what happened and was told that they ran out of stock and had to cancel. This was a lie, as the shoe has remained in stock for several days now.

What they DID do, was raise the price immediately after they cancelled my order from £115 to £139.99. So to me, it's pretty evident that they're after a quick buck above all else and have no intent on honouring orders with customers.

Awful customer service. Ordered over a week ago and my items have still not dispatched. Customer service email has stated they will investigate, but no further details. How can they justify such high delivery costs for such a poor service. I will not shop here again and suggest avoiding.

Paid £7.99 for shipping, but 7 days later my order is still showing “We’re preparing this for shipping.” No dispatch, no updates, and customer service is impossible to get hold of.

I ordered a cap for my son and paid £8 for express delivery to receive in time for our holiday. Now 6 days later, no cap, no delivery information, no response from customer services to 3 emails i have sent asking where the order is. Shocking company service, no way to get in touch apart from email

Worst online shopping experience I've had. Ordered an item on express delivery. 6 days later, no dispatch and customer service giving vague, unsatisfactory response about 'contacting their supplier'. They have taken my funds without dispatching my item (against their own policy). After no further response from customer service, now forced to initiate a chargeback from my card company. Extremely frustrating.

Do not use this rubbish company, the item i bought was too big and asked how to return it , they said to return using tracked delivery and i understood they would refund me the item and the return delivery, but they just refunded the item so i basically paid £9.50 to try it on. 🙄😡

Very disappointed with my experience with Lovell Sports. I paid for express delivery because I needed my order before going away, but despite the order showing as completed on the website, the tracking still says “waiting for details” and there has been no clear update on where my parcel actually is.

The whole point of paying extra for express delivery is to have confidence that the item will arrive when promised. Instead, I’ve been left chasing updates and unsure whether my order will even arrive in time.

Better communication and more accurate tracking updates are needed. I would expect much more from a company offering an express delivery service.

I ordered a multitool and received the confirmation email, only for the order to be cancelled a few hours later without any explanation and in clear contradiction to their own T&Cs. The product page doesn’t indicate it’s out of stock, and to make the situation even more absurd, I then got an email telling me the same item was still in my basket and urging me to hurry up and buy it. What a shambles of a company, just avoid.

I paid extra for express delivery, expecting my order to arrive within the advertised timeframe. Instead my order has been delayed with no updates and no communication whatsoever. The only way I’ve been able to get any information is by chasing them myself.

To make matters worse, when they finally replied, they told me they had contacted their supplier and that it would take 3–5 working days just to receive a response. That is completely unacceptable for an item that was shown as in stock when I placed the order, especially after paying extra for express delivery.

I’ve also requested a full refund, but even that seems to be getting nowhere. There has been no urgency, no accountability and no attempt to resolve the situation promptly. Customers shouldn’t have to fight for a refund when a company has failed to provide the service they paid for.

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve had. Poor communication, broken delivery promises, and terrible customer service from start to finish. I certainly won’t be ordering from Lovell Sports again and would strongly recommend that others consider shopping elsewhere.

I ordered an item from them and they sent me the wrong item. Ive tried reaching out to them to try to get my order returned or recieve what ive actually ordered. Ive been chasing them constantly via their customer support email but ive still had no response. Do not order from here

I ordered a pair of shoes and paid extra for next day delivery. Still not received anything!! I’ve contacted them a few times via their email that they give you on their website. Still no response. Not happy!

Ordered a pair of football boots Wednesday afternoon, paid £9.99 for next day delivery and I’m still waiting for them to even be shipped on Friday evening!

I ordered a pair of tennis shoes. When they hadn't arrived over 2 weeks later, I contacted them, and only then was told the shoes would not be arriving at all.
