Order was sent out the 4th aug, as of now still nothing.. Got in contact with customer support said i gotta wait 2-5days for evri to get back to them regards where my parcel is... i want a refund which im entitled too because goods wasnt recieved as you know... What is so hard to issue a refund... ill never buy off this company again and id advise people to think twice before ordering.... Customer service is a joke, sort it out Mr Lovell...

Unfortunately it's not possible to give a zero star rating. Order placed Wednesday 5th August and paid extra for next day delivery. The order has been with the courier for over a week with no sign of it being delivered. Messaged Lovell Sports to cancel my order and request a refund. Zero contact with the company apart from them telling me they would investigate with Evri to see where my order is. I replied stating that as that have not fulfilled their contract and delivered the order on time, and in accordance with consumer rights, I want my order cancelled and a full refund issued. Nothing heard back. No phone number to call. No live chat feature. Completely shocking customer service. Honestly, if anybody is considering using this company, save yourself the hassle and cost and go anywhere else.

LOVE90649 I ordered these 10 days ago haven’t shipped anything and it said it was meant to come around 10-15 of august and it hasn’t dispatched yet, and we tried to contact you but no response.

SOOOO like i ordered 3 WEEKS AGOOOO and like still haven’t gotten my order says “preparing order” don’t take that long to prepare one pair of shoes….. and like was meant to wear these to UCL but like I can’t now because Of this dumb brand!!!! DONT ORDER FROM HERE #scam #mean #rude #fml

Lovell sports sent me the wrong item and their customer service dept are absolutely useless

Returned an item, no acknowledgement of them receiving it now for over a week.

No emails, no replies, very poor customer service.

Absolutely brilliant service and quality items I’ve received over the past six months of buying from this great company

I wouldn’t even rate them 1 star but had to put something…a complete nightmare from start to finish. I bought some expensive tennis shoes and received a cheap pair of football boots instead! I sent email after email with photos of my order, return note, etc etc…I never received my tennis shoes and in the end it took around a month to receive a refund, but only after constant chasing on my part. Shoddy, disorganised with zero customer service.
I would recommend no one buy from Lovell Sports. It was basically a month of chasing and receiving no item.…it was worse than pulling teeth. Dreadful experience.

I bought a pair of scarpa walking shoes. Excellent price. I’ve had scarpa products before so I knew my size would be ok so haven’t experienced any of the issues of returns. I did pay the extra for next day delivery but it came the day after that - no problems though

Ordered 48 hour delivery which has been and gone. No tracking information whatsoever. Feel that I have been scammed. Attempted to contact the company but they only have an email contact which they have ignored. No phone number. I wouldn’t recommend

My order was delivered quickly and it was an absolute bargain! I see a lot of bad reviews, but hopefully they have sorted their issues.

Shocking company – stay well away! 🚨

I ordered a pair of trainers costing over £70. The tracking was marked as "delivered" with a photo of my open back door... except the parcel is still in the driver's hand in the photo. I'm nowhere to be seen, there's no photo of it being left, and I certainly didn't accept it.

The driver never knocked, never called out, and somehow managed to come through two gates to my only door without my very reactive 8-month-old puppy making a single sound. Anyone who knows puppies knows that's hard to believe.

Apparently, because my back door was open on a hot summer's day so my puppy could come and go, Lovell Sports have decided that's "proof" the parcel was delivered. Since when does having your door open mean you've received a parcel?

To make matters worse, Lovell Sports closed their investigation almost immediately after speaking to the driver. They've effectively called me a liar and treated me as though I'm trying to steal £70 worth of trainers. Of course the driver says he delivered it—hardly anyone is going to admit they didn't.

And yes... the courier was Evri.

So I'm now £75 out of pocket with no trainers to show for it. But I won't be letting this go. I'll keep fighting until I get the refund I'm entitled to.

If you're thinking of ordering from Lovell Sports, I'd seriously think twice.

waste of time. wrong product, late deliveries, and impossible to get hold of as im trying to return the wrong product they sent me they are denying emails and making me wait 3 days for some sort of reply when the jacket i needed urgently was for today. stay away biggest time wasters

I would have given zero stars if I could. To cut a long story short. Placed an order for items in stock. The company declined to sell me 2 of the items. I suggested a refund of the whole order. They refunded me but kindly kept the 4.99 delivery for charge for you’ve guessed it, no delivery. This is extremely sly business practice as you have to look very closely to notice this. Fortunately I did notice. I thought I would give them a call, there is no contact phone number - always a red flag! I did get through on their contact form and they did refund me the remaining £4.99 after some faffing around. Really poor service and poor business practices. I certainly will not be using them again.

My Experience with this company has been totally shocking, no customer service no reply’s from sending over nine emails. Everything about this company is complicated nothing is straightforward. It’s been over a month and I have still not received my refund. I have never dealt with a company as bad on Sports Direct. Think Twice before you purchase.

Brought a pair of white Birkenstocks they have been worn and have all Blue dye over them. Emailed them got a message asking for pictures, sent pictures and now been ignored. Now stuck with a pair of used shoes!!. Customer services is shocking and no phone number to call. So you have to just sit and wait for them if they do to reply😡😡😡

Awful company! Placed an order which was confirmed and money left my bank, 3days later I received a refund with no explanation or anything else. Called them to ask why and they just put the phone down, I called back and they said I've had my refund so they don't need to explain anything

Ordered an item that was specified as 'in stock' however, 4 days later nothing had changed on my account - was still 'preparing for shipping'.

After contacting the customer service team, I was advised I'd have to wait another 72 hours for them to speak to the supplier.

After another 5 days I got an email stating a refund has been given with no reasoning yet the product is still showing as in stock.

Had to write a review after ordering a pair of trainers and then seeing terrible reviews, they were despatched same day arrived in 2. No issues at all and fast service
