Great service from Zain and the Love Furniture team! They were so helpful - I ordered a wardrobe to be delivered and assembled and the guys were brilliant, so friendly and efficient. The wardrobe is great and exactly what I had ordered / was looking for! Would definitely recommend! Thank you guys :)

Great wardrobes. That's 3 I've now bought off them and they were built to perfection by Daniel and his assistant every time. Delighted with them and more importantly so were the kids . Communication was excellent and they kept me updated with delivery also

I’m always skeptical about buying online. Seen an amazing sofa at lovefurniture with an even better unbeatable price. Still skeptical I read on lovefurnitures site that you could pay cash on delivery. So I decided to give them a go, and I am honestly so glad I did. I couldn’t be happier. Their Customer service is first class, With Daniel keeping me updated throughout the whole process, before and on the day of shipping. With a very speedy delivery and had the sofa delivered and installed within the week. Sofa is just beautiful aswel. I couldn’t recommend love furniture more. Best service and furniture shop I’ve encountered in Northern Ireland, Top class. Thanks again guys!

Had an amazing experience with this company. Ordered a bed with ottoman storage, I must say absolutley amazing value for money, im really pleased with zain and his company, very friendly staff. Also the delivery guys were amazing, struggled with my bed to get it upstairs, but didnt complain once, got the job done and i am over the moon with the job they did, i highly reccomend this company.

Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered 12 tables, 2 showed up. I was told it would be communicated when the next ones would be available. After no communication - I followed up 12 weeks later to be told I’d have to pay an additional €2k for the rest of the tables or a €60 fee for the 2 that had been delivered to be picked up.

Recently did up my sons bedroom and got all the furniture from Love Furniture. Absolutely fabulous! It was easy to order, they answered all my questions and kept in contact with my through the whole process. Considering it wasn't dear furniture I was really surprised at how good the quality of the wood was too. Can highly recommend this business.

I called into love furniture just to see what they had!! I came across a beautiful corner sofa. That would fit perfect in my house!!

So I then made the decision to call back a few days later to make the purchase and get it delivered!!

I am over the moon with my new sofa!!

I bought a wardrobe, paid via Paypal, got confirmation on e-mail, then no update whatsoever! I called them and I was informed that they won't deliver to The Midlands! I was like, why did not you inform me right away? There was no straight answer. I asked them when did they want to inform me and again no straight answer! They said that they gonna refund me. What a waste of time!!! AVOID!

Looking for a specific brand mattress. Found it here, but they only deliver in N. Ireland.
Enquired as to who makes them. Received a frankly loopy answer that it was company policy not to give out such details….
…..but if this firm don’t want to sell me a mattress, fine, but obviously the company who makes them would like it’s details passed on, Lovefurniture won’t be losing a sale and I would get what I’m after.

This kind of communication is worse than no answer at all, mostly because it is so damned brainless you could cry.
Some resentful BYT furious that she had to look up from staring at her phone.
