We have used Lotus Surveyors twice, and both times have had an excellent experience.
The surveys were thorough, giving us the understanding we needed when purchasing properties. Both reports were quickly sent and Lotus were happy to talk through any issues raised. Would definitely recommend and we will use them again.

I spoke to the surveyor who gave me great advice and guidance on a survey that I had. The surveyor was very knowledgeable abd knew the regulations/laws inside out. I would highly recommend.

I used Lotus for my partner and I's first house purchase. When researching, we found Lotus to be of a mid-range price point and by far had the most detailed report (We opted for a Level 3 due to the age of the property).
Jennifer was friendly and always on hand to answer any questions we had, of which there were many due to this being our first ever survey.

I was extremely happy with the Level 3 report provided by Jennifer Bone. I am buying my first buy to let and it was very important to get a detailed report. She was very good at providing detail and explaining any issues, as well as giving advice on the next steps. The report was also done quickly and efficiently. Lastly, their fee for the report was very competitive. Would really recommend Lotus Ltd!

Glad I came across this company, very responsive both pre and post survey! Quick turnaround and a very comprehensive report (more so than previous ones we've had). Unfortunately it led to us pulling out of the house sale but I would definitely use this company again!

She helped me walk away from a home which unfortunately had numerous serious issues which had been covered up by poor workmanship - this has saved me alot of money. I made an offer on a property well under the stated price expecting to have to go up a little to land it. The offer was accepted to my surprise. The property was well marketed with a high quality walk through video and on my viewing it was immaculately presented with no obvious defects. It was for my daughter who had fallen in love with it. Having thought I had made a killing, I opted for a level 3 survey. I obtained several quotes from recommended surveying companies. They were all very similar. I chose Lotus because they were personable on the telephone without being patronising or presumptuous. They answered my follow up questions to my satisfaction and were prompt in arranging the survey, advised me of the bare bones of the forthcoming report on the same day of the survey and provided the actual written report 4 days later. The report was very detailed, ultra professional, clearly laid out and easy to read. Early in the report was a page giving “overall opinion of the property” which made it very clear that I should steer well clear. The property was potentially dangerous, did not meet legal standards and the seller had tried to hide a Japanese Knotweed problem. Had I been tempted not to have a level 3 survey, I would have ended up very badly off indeed.

Absolutely great service cannot fault it. Got a quote from ReallyMoving and was a bit sceptical at first, but spoke to them on the phone prior and told them my concerns of the property I was buying. Lotus fitted us in within 2 weeks where other Surveyors were up to a month waiting time.

Jenny attended the property, give us a follow up call after to highlight any severe problems and followed up a remarkable 2 days later with our full report, fully detailed with pictures, comments and recommendations. Jenny was also more than happy to speak to me numerous times on the phone after to answer queries I had and stayed on the phone till I fully understood the situation. Honestly cannot fault you at all, great service and great customer service! Will recommend you to anybody. Thanks once again for all your efforts!!

I have used Lotus Surveying Ltd for Level 3 Rics Home Surveys on two properties having initially selected them after seeing an example report. In both instances communication and standard of service did not disappoint. The reports received were of a high level of detail and well presented. Additionally Jennifer has always been happy to supply further detail and answer follow up questions when required, providing support throughout the buying process.

Lotus Surveyors offer a very professional and efficient service which will almost certainly tell you everything you need to know about a property. Even though there were some difficulties in arranging our survey Lotus went out of their way to make sure the job got done.
