I asked Lotus surveyors to carry out a level 2 survey on a modern home which, by looking at the photos, should not have had many problems to report.
I live in the south of England and didn’t think it necessary to view the property in person but to rely on the survey.
The survey was conducted soon after my request and I received a full and understandable report promptly.
I have used Lotus surveyors before and I am so pleased with them that I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Their survey was based on a misconception regarding a damp issue as they confused condensation on a interior wall due to no heating and ventilation allowing dew point to take place this is quite common on a solid wall in these circumstances.
They didn’t seem to understand this.

Had a survey done recently for a home myself and my partner were quite keen on. Eager to move forward, we still took the precaution of a survey with Lotus, and it's a good job we did! We approached Lotus Surveyors to conduct a level 3 survey on an older property that we were looking to purchase. As first time buyers, we did not know what to expect, but, we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of detail contained within the report. Jennifer was happy to discuss several matters over the phone on more than one occasion and help us understand points in layman’s terms. We are grateful for the experience and insight brought to the report, which made us reevaluate our position.
