Dress ordered and paid for. Waited (minimum) 20 business days as per their advertising for delivery and it was not delivered. Still not received to date. Emailed (as no phone service) to cancel order due to lack of delivery. Advised NO REFUNDS and had to choose a replacement or store credit. No assistance given, no goods received. I have contacted The Fair-Trading Department and lodged a formal complaint. Despicable company taking their client's money and providing NOTHING in return. How are they still operating??

I ordered a dress from this horrible place and though the company says the made to order will take 4 weeks, I did not receive the dress for 3 months. I had to kept emailing them and still the company did not respond. Be also careful when a company has no contact number (big red flag). Once I threatened I will lodge a complaint to consumer affairs they finally sent the dress (yes after three months) in a WRONG size. The dress looked beyond horrible, poorly made and nothing like the one advertised. They refused to pay for return shipping cost or issue me with refund receipt and once I further enquired ceased the responses. Scammers. They are well known scammers. Heard so much of bad stories. Please do your research before even thinking to buy anything from them.

Which information is wrong Fiona? You did not reply to me for 3 months? Loreta sent the wrong size dress? Or you refuse to pay for shipping cost? Bad and poorly made garment on you. Stop scamming people. Yes if you are a scammer who scams 550 dollars and sent the buyer a wrong size dress after 3 months and still refuse to make the order correct " go f your self" bloody scammers.

I ordered the dress Sands of arabia dress in size 6. On the website it says it can take up to 4 weeks to make the dress because it is custom made. However, it took me nearly 2 months to receive the dress. I have contacted the customer service a few times in between and it is very poor and slow to respond. When I received the dress, the dress looked different ( it was made out of two pieces instead of one ). I have contacted customer service for a return and full refund and I was told the dress can be made in many different ways. Extremely frustrating and dishonest service. I would never recommend this shop to anyone! It’s a scam and I will never ever come back to buy anything from here! Stay away from this shop! You will get trapped!!
My product was late ( like 6 weeks but they had already warned me sometimes there was a delay ) so I made an enquiry which they promptly sent an email offering anything from their warehouse as my product was still delayed- I said no il wait - not disappointed absolutely LOVE the product, fantastic addition to my wardrobe!

Last November I bought a dress from Loreta,it's now April and I still have not received it, I have asked for my money back if the dress isn't available any more..the customer service is slow and frustrating.. I will never buy anything again and I recommend everyone be careful, they take your money and don't send the order.
If I could rate loreta lower than a 1 star I would. They are unlawfully charging people and keeping there money. They don’t offer refunds, they never reply and even if the item is wrong or they are at fault they still offer no compensation. Also they are rude and the quality is terrible. Never again will I buy from you and I will report you to acc because they should not be allowed to steal peoples money.

After ordering a dress online and it said will be dispatch within 24hours and after emailing customer service asking where it was after a few weeks because I needed it for an event I didn’t hear anything back. It was a week out from the event I was stressed so I messaged on instagram. The girl was rude and when I finally got an email back they said it will be here within 20 days it’s still not here and it’s been over a month. No clarification of when my dress will be here and I have had to fork out more money to buy a nother dress which I literally can not afford. I’m so upset and disappointed and will not be buying from them

I'm not sure if Loreta has changed hands? I have ordered from them in the past (2-3 years ago) and had great experiences. My past two recent orders have not been so great. Both items were listed as 24 hour shipment. On both occasions I have had to contact Loreta after receiving no shipping info approx two weeks after ordering. The response to the first item was quite rude and then the item was shipped (missed the occasion I had ordered it for). The dress arrived late but I was still happy with it. Thinking this was just a one-off bad experience I ordered again and had the same late/non-shipment issue. This time I didn't receive a response at all, just a notification that the item had been posted. When Aus Post confirmed a week later that they had not received the item I contacted Loreta again and then got another generic notification that it was posted (25 days after ordering). When it arrived one of the items (of a set of 3) was the incorrect colour (red instead of nude). I emailed and enquired about exchange/refund and aside from the initial response asking what the issue was I then received nothing further. This is now a PayPal dispute, after posting the item back at my own cost and confirming with Aus Post that it was delivered to Loreta a week ago I have not received my refund. Really disappointing as the clothes I've ordered in the past are great quality. One of my favourite dresses is from Loreta.
The dresses from Loreta are of superb quality, the prices are very reasonable and the customer service is outstanding. I highly recommend Loreta.

I cannot believe how far out of their way this company went to be rude and unhelpful with a return that I had requested. They had denied a refund to me, and even when I requested the correct size to be sent back to me instead they have said I sent it outside of the 14 day period, when in fact it was 10 business days after receiving the item. This was for my 40th, these people were so rude, and really didnt care at all when I explained my situation. I was told that it was ridiculous for me to expect for them to carry all sizes at all times, (which seems so odd to me), but be aware of this if you think you may need a different size. Also be aware that the dress I ordered was really big, and I am a standard size in all other brands. The customer care representative really needs to learn what that title means, as she literally was not interested in helping in any way. SO disappointing. I am still waiting to find out if they will honor their returns policy - fingers crossed that is the case.

I ordered a dress for my engagement party from LORETA, early December last year and it STILL hasn't arrived. I emailed them about it and it literally took them a month to reply and then blamed Australia Post. I was really good about it and just asked for a refund so I could buy another dress.
It took them weeks to reply to my email, only to refuse the refund which I am entitled to receive
under the ACCC "intention not to supply goods" act. I'm not the type of person to contact the ACCC to find out my rights or leave a bad review (this if my first bad review) but this Company have stolen my money and are not replying to my emails nor answering my calls.
The ACCC have advised me to take the next step which I'm about to do confusing they ignored my last email where the ACCC advised me to give them a deadline for processing my money back.
Not at all with the trouble!!

My daughter fell in love with the TUTU dress as soon as she found it online as she was looking for a dress for her year 6 formal, due to qld border restrictions we were stuck buying online due to not wanting to have the same dress as every other girl. After reading the reviews I was hesitant to order, however I measured her and compared this to the chart online and a size 6 had her exact measurements so I took a chance and ordered, the dress was delivered the next business day, and it’s stunning, fantastic quality and looks beautiful, and most importantly fits exactly as it should. I would not hesitate to buy here again, and I’m pretty sure the little miss already has a shopping cart going 😊

Purchased this dress with overnight freight as I had an event on in 2 days, I received the dress tried it on and both clips instantly broke with no stress put on them at all. Very poor quality. I am usually a size 10 but purchased a 14 because I read reviews on a lot of dresses from this site not being true to size and I wanted to make sure I had the extra length. The dress fitted fine so I'm lucky I did not purchase my actual size because it would have not fit. (I am 65kgs & 169cm). Loreta have also refused to refund my money as their return policy states if the item can be replaced they will not refund. However they were not able to replace the item before the event I needed it for so I had to go and purchase a whole new outfit. There needs to be a note made to the overnight freight policy that if you receive a faulty item and we cant replace it in the time you require we still will not refund your money.
