Very disappointed.

Ordered a dress, I'm usually size 12, it was so tight it didnt fit well at all and the colour was different to what the photos portrayed. I returned it for a size 14 in a different dress and the same problem..its such a tight fit, not worth the money at all, not to mention it took nearly 3 weeks for the order to arrive both times. I won't be buy in from Loreta again.

I have purchased from Loreta twice. My first experience was great and the dress was really good quality.
Unfortunately my second experience hasn’t been so good.
I purchased a pre order dress & a pair of boots on 5th March. When I hadn’t received the boots by 17th March I emailed to follow up.....no reply.
I then received a email to rate my purchase that I still hadn’t received so I contacted AUPost & they said it had never been collected from them. So I emailed Loreta again on 18th & received a reply on 20th saying they will follow up.
After not hearing from them for 5 days I emailed again to ask if they contacted AU Post.....no reply. On the 31st March I emailed again received a reply saying they would follow up with AU Post again.
14th April I still haven’t heard from them so I email and ask what’s happening as it’s now been over a month.
Get a reply on 16th of April saying AU Post hasn’t contacted them after their initial query. They ask me if I want a credit or for the item to be resent. I replied stating I am hesitant to get them resent since I have already waited over a month but I really want the boots so will wait.
22nd April I emailed as I had not heard from them asking for any updates.
Received a reply the next day saying AU Post has lost the parcel and that they no longer had the boots in my size so would I like to wait for them to re stock (no approx timeframe given) or store credit. I asked for a refund and was refused.

My pre order dress was expected to arrive 1-2 months after purchase date so between 5th April & 5th May. I have not received it yet or any information regarding when it will arrive so I have no idea how much longer I will have to wait for this but wanting to get these boots sorted before going into that.

Summary: beautiful clothing however I would be hesitant to buy anything if you require it within a month or so and make sure there are other things on the website you like because they don’t offer refunds.

We purchased dresses from this site for a bridal party. The dress arrived so fast and were beautifully packaged. The quality and fit of the dresses are stunning. Would definitely buy from this site again. Cannot wait to wear the dress!!

I ordered the Milan Maxi dress in hot pink (Size 8 AUS)
The packaging was amazing. I got it delivered to my work and literally everyone asked me what it was.
The dress is really soft and has a great flow of fabric. Unfortunately, it is a little too tight from the bust area so would have to return it. But, for sure getting another one from the store credit.

I have recently purchased from Loreta and unhappy to say that I will NOT be returning.
I originally bought a dress for a wedding, however due to extreme personal circumstances I was not longer able to attend such wedding. I had emailed to organise a refund; was told this was not in their policy (even though I’d hoped due to the circumstances they may make an exception) . That was fair so they offered store credit.
Now I was already out of pocket for the dress & postage x2, but had store credit.
I was going to give the store credit to a friend who actually referred me to the store, however she encouraged me to try another ‘casual’ dress as a gift for my sisters birthday.
This is where my problem lies..
I purchased a dress in size 6 (I’m usually an 8 and the previous dress i ordered was way too big in size 8 so went down a size).
I have received the item and it is faulty.
The stitching is incomplete on a good 10cm stretch of lace and unwearable.
I understand their policy states store credit, So I’m sure that’s what I’m in for again. However I do not trust buying from this store as the quality is not guaranteed and the sizing is very very off!!
I’m extremely disappointed as now I will be out pocket again, having to send the item back but also receive a store credit which will go unused due to their sizings being off.

My friend who also recommended Loreta is sorely disappointed. I can assure we will both no longer recommend or refer anyone to Loreta.

I bought the Navy stiletto, with the crystal buckle shoe for our work ball. I got them next day delivery! Absolute amazing, the service and presentations was exceptional!!
Bring us more shoes!!!! I will definitely buy again!!

I have just ordered a top and a skirt set recently. (I’m so excited for it to arrive) I have a lot of dresses that I like but most of them are out of stock for size 8-10. Hope Loreta make more sizes in the future. The designs are fantastic 🥰🥰

Inconsistency in sizing, ridiculously short refund period which does not cater for if you need to return items from a different country. There are also several misleading things about Loreta. Worst customer service experience I have had out of my entire online shopping life. They advertise sizes 6-16 but their sizes actually come in S/M/X. Generic sizing and untruthful to customers. A dishonest way for the company to save costs. I have had better customer service from places like boohoo and pretty little thing. Cheaper quality but they definitely dont mislead customers. Oh and you dont have to go back and forth via email stressing about refunds with other websites like you do with Loreta. Expect to pay over $15 to return items to Loreta if the sizing is incorrect. They dont offer free returns like boohoo or ASOS, so with their incorrect sizing you are either stuck with items that dont fit properly or you have to pay for shipping twice- to receive the products and one to return them.

Great customer service
Bought a dress had an issue with it, they tried to resolve it quickly by giving me 2 opinions, send it to a Taylor and send them the receipt for reimbursement or they send free postage and I send the dress back for another one, If they missed my call they did call me back, I will be buying from "Loreta" again.

Hi loreta I ordered a dress in April as it was a pre order and I still haven't received it just wondering when I'm actually going to receive it please it's been way too long now and I feel let down could you please find out when it will arrive. Thankyou

Ordered two mystery dresses. One came that was actually off the site which is good quality - but had some marks on it. The other isn’t even on their website and wouldn’t have bothered buying something if I knew that was the risk. Unable to even palm the second one off to friends.

Maybe the mystery dresses are just whatever they fail to sell or resell.

I tried on a Loreta dress that a friend had bought and thought what a great fit these dresses would be for my body (bandage style dresses).

I then went onto buy the Adele dress - good fit and all but I returned it as I saw another one that I liked better. Didn't mind paying for the shipping as whats the difference between that and going to a shopping centre to do that in person (fuel + time wasted) right..?

Then I purchased the Kylie dress - great dress honestly and the right size BUT then I had a good thought about whether I wanted such a nice but very fitted dress to wear to a wedding in Europe in peak summer (circa 40°) so I returned it and with my store credit I bought the winning dress....enter the Toronto dress - B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L. the images don't do it justice - it needs more promoting as it is such a nice dress! Will do my best to take some good photos of it.

I contacted Loreta a few times throughout the process and received responses in a satisfactory timeframe - the only thing I have to add is that following placing the second and third orders I had to email to see when they would be shipped (can't recall the number of days I waited for each prior to emailing but nothing major) otherwise I consider the service good! Thanks guys ❤

Customer service has been prompt and good.

I accidentally ordered the IPL kit on Pre-Order (but no complaints as it's the nicest I've seen and I saved $150 I just got too excited) but I do wish more had been said on the item description regarding the ETA of the item as all I could see was the words "Pre-Order" in the title and had to contact customer support to find out the ETA/estimated dispatch dates.

I paid for express overnight shipping and received a text on the Monday night saying it had finally been shipped! It's now Wednesday though and the estimated delivery date isn't until Thursday for some reason, so not too sure what's going on there as that's 3 nights not 1. But I did email asking about it so we'll see how it goes. At least I know I'll always get a response from their customer support team! :)

I have high hopes for product quality too so can't wait to see how that goes

I absolutely love the dress, beautiful, thick (made from high quality material) and fit perfectly. In fact the dress is very slimming, I just had a baby recently. I received lots of compliments on the day, on how glamorous i looked.

Excellent customer service too. I thought the dress will not make it in time for the party which we hosted, but Cara from customer care organised an express post. Received the dress in one day (on Friday), wore it the next day. Will surely return for future purchases.

I called up Loreta 24 hours prior to my wedding to inform them of the fact that I could not fit into the dress that I had bought from them a few months earlier (as I had gained weight). I told them that I had a wedding the following day and desperately needed a dress - they assured me that they would get the dress organised ASAP and have it delivered by that evening. Bryan himself came at 7pm that same evening and delivered the dresses, but to ensure that they fit - he brought in not only one size in each of the dresses, but multiple sizes and waited outside so that I could try them on and return the sizes that did not fit properly. He did this to ensure that I had the right dress on my wedding day and has no further issues - i cannot commend them higher as that level of customer service is incredible and the quality of their clothing is amazing. I would recommend their services to anyone! Now I have not only the dream dress, but also had the best customer service experience ever!

I found this site from a friend who thought I would love the dresses.
I have ordered twice form here now and absolutely loved the quality of the two items I bought. COCOA set and Loreta Ice Dress. I found the quality to exceed expectation.

I had no issues getting in contact with the staff, in fact they were very helpful to answer my questions and even helped me receive my order by courier as I needed it that day.

One point is, it would be great if they offered refund as I would buy a lot more to try. At the same time, if you love the items it's not an issue.
Shipping is expensive too but again I am not disappointed as it was literally next day service.

Cara is noted for her excellent customer service to me as she came back to my emails withing the day.

Will continue to shop again :)
