I ordered an overnight delivery and I asked about it today and then I was accused of a bunch of things she called me. Shameless. She said a bunch of names to me when I got her on Instagram and something that was posting down and then gave me no more information infomation now me and my sister are both out not having anything to wear for the night so I was insulted and I paid for something and I didn’t get it so if I was I had bought from this place but a few years back before Covid, so I don’t know what the business is doing now but I don’t stress. It’s not reliable and you may get names.

I made 2 purchases with next day delivery. They sent out 1 and not the other. When I asked for my money back and to cancel the order on the item they didn't send, they refused and only offered store credit for their mistake 5 days later.
I disputed it with my bank to get my money back because they stopped emailing me. I also asked for a return slip to return the other dress as it was not the right size and they completely ignored me and now it's past the 14 day return windows and I can't return it.

Disgusting customer service and lazy workers who can't be bothered sending out orders. Don't ever shop here.

Do not buy from this store!!!!!!!! Worst costumer service ever. Completely unapologetic for their mistakes and do not communicate when items are delayed. I have been waiting for a whole year to use a store credit as they had limited range. I had the credit in the first place because I bought a dress and it was taking to long to arrive and was given the express range option which I took given I had an event. When the dress arrived it was too large and I needed to exchange to a smaller size. The store made me buy another dress and o returned the large dress. Took a whole month to issue a store credit as they would not refund me. Then I attempted to buy a track suit and they sent me the wrong sizes (not as my order) and I had to return them to get yet again a store credit. Now bought a dress 17days ago and after following up for days said it won’t be until the end of month and refuse to refund me!!! They have extremely poor costumer service bad returns policy and cost me money as I had to return the items via post at my own cost!! Even the order they made the mistake on!!!!!! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK

This is the worst company I ever dealt with I have bought 4 dresses from Loreta on the 23 July 2024 I received 2 dresses after two month later, and those two dresses are cheap rubbish and terrible material and I'm still waiting for my other two reminding dresses. We are now in 19 of October. CUSTOMERS PLEASE BEWARE

SCAMMER ALET!! Never buy from this websiteI ordered a dress for my friends wedding. Ofcourse it was shipped late. No communication from the team. After i sent 3 emails they finally shipped my dress. I had to buy another for the occasion as Loreta was not able to send the dress on time as promised on their website.
And cherry on top was when they sent wrong dress. Absolutely hideous dress. I emailed them about that and they asked me to send the pictures of dress I received. After i sent them the pic,the team is MIA. Absolutely ridiculous. Please learn from my experience. Never buy from this site so that you dont wanna suffer like me.

The most dreamy dress I've ever owned! I felt like an absolute queen in my birthday dress. The quality is incredible, especially for only $400. It feel luxurious and far more expensive. I was also impressed with he customer care team; they responded to my email the same day and helped me find the perfect size, ensuring the dress fit me perfectly. I purchased the Cinderella heels, and OMG, I truly felt like Cinderella! They sparkled all night and were incredibly comfortable. The shipping was impressively fast, taking only two days to Chadstone, Melbourne. The packaging was beautiful, adding to the overall experience. I can't fault Loreta at all! I finally found my favorite brand that I can actually afford. I received my dress, but it was bigger than I expected, even though I provided my measurements. It was a bit disappointing since I ordered it slightly smaller to allow for adjustments. Despite this, I slayed the night with the dress-it was a showstopper!

I bought the majestic dress, this dress is absolutely gorgeous!! Paid only 800$, and the dress was more beautiful than my 10k wedding dress! I was blown away with the quality, and the pricing is so reasonable. I think loreta is most underrated clothing brand. My friends placed orders with loreta after seeing my dress, and they are blown away with the quality. THE ONLY DOWNFALL WAS THE SHIPPING times, otherwise everything was 11/10.

My favorite boutique for dresses. i really Like LORETA dresses, been getting them since 2017. I wish they had more new stuff, but their clothes are really good, and they have different styles that i always go back for. I'm gathering money for my next buy. I wish they had more discounts, but all my birthday dresses are from loreta. so good!

Don’t order anything from this place, very unprofessional customer services! Also don’t do overnight shipping they won’t t send it out till like 4 days later -.- what a joke and how unprofessional of them why have the choice of overnight when you can’t even send it out on time. I should have done normal shipping.
Sent many Emails with no replies regarding my order and to give me a refund for my overnight shipping. Been almost a week and still haven’t received it.
