Over the years I have purchased numerous items from lookah, I have absolutely loved each device I have purchased with little no issues other than regular use ware, I recently purchased an item that was defective out of box, i took to the warranty process and it was so quick and so easy, lookah has been very responsive and replaced my item immediately upon receiving proof of the defect, THANK YOU LOOKAH:))

Great products.
I am a very happy user of an Ice Cream, a Swordfish and a Python. Lookah also offers a very good replacement parts program. I bought the Python after I broke the Ice Cream. And now that I have the new part for the Ice Cream, it's back in service. I'm a committed customer.

I just have to say how impressed I was with the customer support I was given by lookah online. I recently purchased a seahorse from them and I love love love the product. I was disappointed when it randomly stopped working and was showing an error code. Thankfully I still had the receipt, the box and the warranty. I simply followed the instructions online and submitted my request for review. After a couple emails back and forth they offered me an upgrade to the seahorse pro plus and I got to choose the color. I can't wait to receive it and get back on that horse again. Lol buy from Lookah. They stand by their products and keep their customers satisfied. Thanks again.

About the mini dragon egg I've been using Lookah products for like I don't know 7 or 8 years and maybe 10 years, I got that bum mini dragon egg but they're sending me one out I just sent them a quick ton of video you know it doesn't power on and I didn't have to do an RMA but yeah typically there's stuff works pretty good and you know this was simple it wasn't a big hassle

Customer service was so helpful and kind! They were direct with instructions and very thorough! Best customer service ever!

The worst brand ever I had the pink lookah bear for a month and half u better off just saving you money invest in different company

When item wasn’t work I got a new one

Great customer service! Responds quickly and efficiently.

At first I had my doubts because I had an issue with my order but Lookah has such professional and courteous customer service that they made everything right at lightning fast speed! They have the dopest ash catchers I've seen at a very reasonable price and are my FAVORITE glass pipe art company this far! Theyre slides and bowls are also very unique and affordable! Best in the industry! I love this company! Thanks for all you do, and please keep creating cool artsy glass!

My battery wouldn’t ready the cartridge and they are sending me a new one no problem!!

I have a seahorse X and needed a part that is not available for sale and should be but after some time and a couple emails they were able to fix my problem. Thank you to costumer service and lookah.

Very Great customer service. They replaced my item no questions asked thank you again.

I bought 2 Snails. They didn't work properly so I emailed Lookah. CUSTOMER SERVICE was prompt to respond. They made getting replacements easy and fast. I expected that I would have to mail the old Snails back. I just video taped what the problem was and I got an email this morning that my replacement Snails are on their way! Makes me love my Snails and Lookah even more!!

I absolutely love this company. Their customer service is top tier! I have multiple devices and if i have had an issue they have resolved it quickly. I own a seahorse pro, a seahorse pro plus, the octopus, and now a mini dragon egg. If you are searching for a Puffco but that price tag is extremely too high...? Get the unicorn. I don't have one but have tried both devices and the unicorn is just as comparable but so much more affordable. Plus the coil bucket options are awesome, they really can elevate the experience. I suggest this option ANY time i hear someone talk about a Puffco. Lookah is just the way to go when it comes to dabbing instruments.

The customer service is always 5 stars. But there is room for improvement on product quality control. Would rate higher otherwise.

Lookah support was able to help me fix my problem and replace my device. They responded within a day and made the process effortless.
