They are a great company and great customer service

I am more than satisfied with your customer support.
You responded promptly to my numerous questions and the outcome was extremely satisfying.
Your product is well engineered and worth the slight inconvenience. Thank you!

I ordered a $219 gravity bong. When it arrived it was the wrong color, had been returned by another customer because it wasn’t wrapped properly and there were no instructions. I wrote Lookah for instructions several times over 3-4 days and never heard from them. There’s absolutely no customer service. Nobody on the chat.
I won’t be shopping with them again!

Top notch customer support team!

The support team was straight to the point and was quick to help when I provided my situation. I was missing my terp pearls in my package and the day after I emailed I had my situation fixed. Definitely going to continue using and would recommend to anyone looking for quality stuff.

I had 9 error code on my dragon egg and I had contacted support. They were effective and answered all my questions. Within a few days, I got a tracking number For a new device, all I had to do was send them a picture of proof of purchase like a receipt and photos of the actual issue. Happy dabbing everyone 🙏🏼

This company always takes care of you!! Outstanding customer service.

The person on the other side of this problem helped 100 % customer service was excellent the only issue is the delays to get lost items replaced but the person helping me was great

Have ordered several glass pieces from Lookah and WOW! They’re amazing! The amount of crafting that goes into each one has left me speechless. The customer service is PHENOMENAL! Had a piece arrive damaged and they immediately sent out a replacement, even allowed us to keep the damaged one without needing to return it.

In a world where companies will do everything they can to rip you off, it’s so refreshing to find a company that does care. Lookah will always be where I buy my glass pieces from, and I highly encourage you to do the same!

I bought a product that was defective out of the box and after sending two short emails to a Lookah rep, I had a brand new one In the mail. They’re customer service is honest and they right their wrongs.

I purchased a seahorse pro and loved it immediately. Then came time for tips, I tried a few from Amazon, all junk even the replacements lol. To get a good tip I bought another seahorse then came tip time again. So I figured I better go directly through lookah, purchased the type v my favorite, go figure the ones I get are doa not faulty like the Amazon ones. Anyways I reached out, explained everything and lookah took care of me and then some! Customer for life!

Incredibly prompt and helpful customer service! Had an issue with a piece I bought and they took care of it right away! I even sent the email late on a Sunday night and was contacted before 6 AM. Monday morning.

I have bought several Lookah products and each time the Lookah Support Team have been excellent to deal with. They are very, very responsive and ensure that I am completely satisfied.
It is always a pleasure to deal with this team as they are always so quick to respond to any question or issue that may arise.

Absolutely amazing customer service!
I bought a faulty device from a smoke shop and the smoke shop owner was very adamant about being unhelpful.
After reaching out to Lookah customer service a new device is headed my way no problems!!! 10/10!

I been using Lookah for about 8 years now. I recently had an issue with some quartz tips I purchased (first issue I've had) I reached out to support, not only did they replace the faulty box but they sent me an additional box as well!! Great customer service and great products!!

Had an issue, and all I'll say, is their Customer Service matched the quality of their products!!

Lookah was happy to assist with my problems with my device as I was able to get a replacement. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding

Amazing company! Ordered a pen and it wasn’t working, they sent out a new one at no charge to me right away. They have a huge selection of dab pens and rigs that are super awesome. Already making my next order, I gotta get that seahorse dab rig!
