No way of terminating subscriptions
Not possible to figure out where to send an email if you wish to cancel your subscription. sent multiple emails to different contacts all bounces back and the our initial contact person is not working there any more so its just a black hole.
Worst customer service on Earth!
Logmein took it upon themselves to renew my subscription from base to pro. It more than doubled the price. I refused to pay and to paraphrase they said to bad so sad we are not going to do anything. I have been fighting with them for several months now and no one seems to have the authority to fix or correct anything. I have emailed politely called numerous times and they either pass me around or will not pick up. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They make a used car salesman look good.
Rotten customer service.
I guess they are going out of business soon because they dont like to refund prorated fee if cancelled. Most companies does this to keep good customer service but this one does not.
Glad I at least got out of it as it has increased in price by 700% and the product does not really help me.

Thankfully the bank blocked the £330 they tried to take without informing me - You cant cancel your subscription online and no one answers the phone - been on hold for over 1/2 an hour - Scammers!! - Use another remote access system - I will not use again!!
LogMeIn has become a Scam
A couple years ago several computers dropped off our dashboard - reason unknown. They said it's easier to build a new account then fix the old one - okay sure. We later realized that not only had they been billing us for both accounts for over a year, they arbitrarily changed our plan to one that was far more expensive and also had less seats. wth? In the end we paid about three times what we should have over two years and despite many phone calls, all they did was continually give us lame reasons why they couldn't refund us our balance due, and we still have technical problems with our original account. The best part? Each rep now repeats the same mantra: they claim they're not allowed to fix the original account we've had for years, but they will gladly open yet ANOTHER account for us, BUT we'll have to pay FULL price for it, and then they'll refund about half of that back to us. In short, we're required to pay $500 for tech support to fix a problem THEY created, on top of giving them a $1000 bonus for jacking up our account in the first place. When I expressed my confusion as to how that ridiculous plan would be remotely beneficial for us - the customer - the rep actually said to me "Look, I'm trying to help you out here". This is what LogMeIn has become - trained scammers.

rip off on the auto renew - they don't give any notification that your account is about to auto renew and once it has, they will not refund or pro rate - I am on a yearly rate so I got charged $348 for the year - I caught it the day it renewed and requested a cancellation and they will not refund or pro rate the subscription

They keep taking money from my account
Do not use this company. They will continue taking money from your account even after they have confirmed subscription cancelled. I took their word for it and they took £359.99 from my account. They won't respond to requests for refund. I've had to get my card provider to block them for this year's payment. How can companies get away with this?

Good product, but overpriced. Just try to cancel your subscription. It's almost impossible. I got the nicest lady on the phone and she promised me a pro-rated refund and I even received the refund. Two months later I got billed again for the amount that was refunded. What a bunch of scumbag a__holes. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES.

I have had several issues with Log Me In with getting connected. I am no longer traveling with business and don't need it. I paid $377.99 January 19, 2020. I canceled it April 13, 2020 and can't get any part of the yearly cost back.

LogMeIn support is poor
LogMeIn now owns GoToMeeting. I had a support issue, but the only method for getting support is to view their FAQ's or call them on the telephone. There is no method for opening a case by web interface, email or chat. There's not even a method to leave a voicemail message. I waited on hold for 40 minutes with the unpleasant easy-listening music before giving up. I have no way to resolve my issue at this point.

This is honestly the worst company and support I have ever given my money to. What a terrible support service!!! After getting locked out of my account and losing access to all of my passwords I received no help and just useless emails pointing me back to the same useless faq articles that I already explained did not work. Stay away from these cowboys!

The auto-renew is extremely difficult to cancel. You must get a confirmation email. Last year I went through the tedious process of cancelling. I didn't hold on and get a confirmation email. I just forgot about it and considered it cancelled. Unfortunately, I must have ended up as a retained customer after last year's angry call. So, I have tried again this year. This time I waited for a conformation email. Hopefully, I can use it if I don't get a refund this year and they try to change me again next year.

Tried their software. Didn't work.
Tried to cancel subscription, but there is NO OPTION to do this when you are logged in. Had to use google to find out how to cancel. Turns out you have to CALL them. Had to call from Europe to USA (god knows how much that cost), just to stop this.
Bad Company better watch there billing
This software works but they will get you on the auto renewal. Make sure you have auto renew cut off. They got my company for a employee that hadn’t been with the company in 5 years. We have since ended all business relationships with LogMeIn.

BEWARE LogMeIn - Turn Off your Auto Renew so you don't get ripped!
BEWARE! LogMeIn/Central has just doubled their pricing without notification or recourse. I learned on my credit card that the annual rate went from $5xx to over $9xx. I called support to see if i could reduce my level as i barely use the product. The support service was rude and obviously tired of hearing complaints about the sneaky price hike. NO RECOURSE the only solution offered was to remove my auto renewal. My habit is to never Auto Renew so i will become aware of secrete price hikes of unethical businesses like logmein
With the huge price increase there are plenty of competitors now. Take advantage of the low prices for the same product. TURN OFF YOUR AUTO RENEW NOW AT LOGMEIN! Support told me that once the product renews customers have absolutely no recourse. I have never experienced treatment like logme in and you should stay far away from this group.
Don't do business with LogMeIn
I just got off the phone with LogMeIn and I have never been so angry. They state that I am in a contract but yet the company has changed hands numerous times. Seat reductions that were allowed under Citrix are no longer allowed and I was suppose to know that when they changed ownership that I should have gone to their page and read the fine print. I will never use any of their products again.. Customer service was rude and then stopped responding at all.
