Log Me In works very good on newer computers. However, I haver to use some XP computers that are compatible with some software I use. Some of the XP computers work and some do not. I have had to purchase Any Desk to access them. At some point soon I will have to switch to Any Desk as it works on all Windows operating systems and I can not afford both.

The product is great but the support is a challange.
Terrible customer support
Terrible customer support. After 3 years of good function I couldn't log in with my email address. They have had 2 weeks to fix it and said it had to be referred to "development." They finally opened a subaccount under a 2nd email address but my main account still doesn't function. It's been a disaster for my small business.
Update: their request for additional information suggests a lack of communication. All they have to do is to look at the customer service ticket for the history. Customer service said they found the problem when contacted but didn’t have the authority to fix it. They referred it up the ladder to development. Development was very slow to respond. We were unable to log in and use remote access for many days. The last communication indicated the problem was fixed by development and all we might have to do is to reset password. Not correct. Ended up with the sub account for one email and the primary account which indicated the devices had to be re-entered. We cancelled the subscription and were promptly refunded once the cancellation team looked at the ticket. After several years or great service and dependable function, this experience was intolerable and we cannot risk a repeat with LogMeIn

Connecting to a host within a network can be challenging. The "connect to" field should contain the network name, not the organization's domain name. Unfortunately, this isn't explained anywhere and there is no available support for this issue.
