We support a prepay electric metering systems in 40 remote Alaska villages. LogMeIn worked evern with slow internet service & has been very useful in our providing training & technical support to our customers.

We do not ever seem to have any trouble logging in, using the software and logging out. One of the easiest software programs we have used. Thank you.

Almost imposible to find a telephone number on your web site, even with instructions.

I get what I need, no more no less at a reasonable price: remote desktop sharing and file transfer.

I've been using Logmein Pro for many years and it has been and remains to be very reliable. I work remotely from many locations and Logmein allows me to do that 24/7. I love that I can logon at any time of day without having to have clients on the other end "let" me in with a code or such...and that I can print locally or remotely. I've only needed tech support 2 or 3 times and they are always just the best! Knowledgeable, kind, and go above and beyond to solve my issues.

Easy to connect.

While I am away from home on trips, I can still communicate with my desktop at work. This helps me keep up and stay on track with my business.

Ever since we switched to Microsoft 365, I can not access my work computer through LogMein

I wanted to know if I could temporarily disable logmein from the main station. Could not get an answer

The price is high for the value. There should also be better tiers for the number of machines under management.

GoTo is constantly introducing new features as modules you have to pay for rather than feature enhancements.

The Rescue product should be rolled into Central given the price.

My problem was dealt with quickly and professionally.

We have used LogMein for more than 8 years and have found it to be very reliable and easy to use.

The remote link from any computer or phone allows me to monitor my weather station, cameras, and even my freezer two hundred miles away. It’s almost like having someone there. It also lets me know if the power has gone out that I may prevent food spoilage. It’s not a business use however and I wish it were less expensive.

The remote access allows me to cover more ground in the organization.

I use it all the time and it seems very reliable.

LogMeIn works adequately well but I find that there is a slight delay between entries that I make through LogMeIn and when they translate to the screen and that slows the process. It's not a long delay but it's not instantaneous either. it's noticeable.

LogMein has provided me with the ability to work from home, which has been a Godsend! From the very first day they sat me up with this program, I have always been able to connect to the host computer and have never missed a day working due to the system being down! I highly recommend LogMein Pro to any business who has employees that need to work from home!

Your program no longer works on my laptop without at least 50 attempts each time. I'll be switching to another company very soon.
