We support a prepay electric metering systems in 40 remote Alaska villages. LogMeIn worked evern with slow internet service & has been very useful in our providing training & technical support to our customers.

Best tech support and reliability.
I've been using Logmein Pro for many years and it has been and remains to be very reliable. I work remotely from many locations and Logmein allows me to do that 24/7. I love that I can logon at any time of day without having to have clients on the other end "let" me in with a code or such...and that I can print locally or remotely. I've only needed tech support 2 or 3 times and they are always just the best! Knowledgeable, kind, and go above and beyond to solve my issues.
Away from Office
While I am away from home on trips, I can still communicate with my desktop at work. This helps me keep up and stay on track with my business.

LogMeIn works adequately well but I find that there is a slight delay between entries that I make through LogMeIn and when they translate to the screen and that slows the process. It's not a long delay but it's not instantaneous either. it's noticeable.

LogMein has provided me with the ability to work from home, which has been a Godsend! From the very first day they sat me up with this program, I have always been able to connect to the host computer and have never missed a day working due to the system being down! I highly recommend LogMein Pro to any business who has employees that need to work from home!
