I am a commercial real estate attorney and your product is absolutely amazing. I am able to connect to all of my files in the office using a lap top computer from either my home or from Florida. I am able to coordinate with my secretary who also has remote access to all of my files. Any time that I have had a problem your technical support staff has been able to resolve the problem quickly and efficiently. I would give your company a five star rating.

Useful Tool for Remote Equipment Control
I use LogMeIn to remotely monitor and adjust a piece of computer controlled equipment. To date, LogMeIn has been capable of handling any task I need to accomplish. The actual login and computer connection, although ultimately successful, tends to be a little haphazard, which is most likely due to the infrequency I need to use LogMeIn and my lack of formal training in the use of the LogMeIn Software. (Otherwise you would have received 5 stars.) Perhaps, If you reply to the comments, you could include a link to a short (10 to 30 minutes) web based tutorial that I have not had time to seek out on my own.
LogMEIn is my GOTO Solution for customers!
I've used and been a big fan of LogMeIn for many years now, and also encouraging my customer base if an Managed Services providers don't provide an RMM tool for their customers my suggestion to the customer is to get with LMI and use that for their remote users. Secure connection and access, screen blanking, and remote printing capabilities. LMI also works better than an RDP connection over VPN, and can offset latency with slower connections and also work better than VPN connectivity with slower ISP remote connections.

LogMeIn enables me to do everything
LogMeIn enables me to do everything I need regarding Remote Control and File Transfer.
It is extremely secure with several protection layers.
File transfer is brilliant because it uses excellent compression and can detect changes in a file when overwriting.
Only 4 stars because it is too expensive.

Starts up with Windows with no choice
I give 1 star to every single company that thinks it is the right thing to make the program startup with windows. You don't even have it in your normal options to deactivate it. I wish I could give -5 stars. I really despise companies like this. As if you were that important that I wanted to see this program with every startup. As if I really need to connect to a network every time I start my PC, HELL NO!!! I could go on the whole day like this
Incredibly unhappy with Logmein
I must have subscribed to Logmein many years ago, but I stopped my subscription. I recently had two payments to Logmein made, and I was surprised by this as I had not re-subscribed to Logmein. I logged into my Logmein ("LMI") account and found that two subscriptions had been added in early June 2024; this was definitely not by me, and I tried to cancel them. Apparently, however, you can't cancel LMI subscriptions in the actual account, you have to contact their customer support via a telephone line; there is no other means of contacting them.
I tried calling the customer support line and was on hold for between half an hour and an hour, and then gave up.
Long story short: it looks like I have been scammed, and there is no easy way of closing my account or finding out what has happened, as LMI seems to have made a policy choice to make it as difficult as possible to contact their support team.

Benutze logmein seit mehr als 10 Jahren. Die Fernwartungssoftware ist teuer als andere Lösungen anderer Hersteller, hat aber auch ein paar Vorteile.
Was mich immer schon ärgerte, war die Intransparenz dieser Firma. Das fängt an mit der nicht wirklich korrekten Rechnung für deutsche Kunden und geht insbesondere in der Abonnementverwaltung weiter.
Es ist praktisch unmöglich ein Abonnement zu ändern (z.B. von 150 auf 100 Computer). Man scheitert an der mangelnden Möglichkeit, das in der Verwaltungsoberfläche zu erledigen und findet dann keine Möglichkeit das Unternehmen schriftlich zu erreichen.
Meine dringende Empfehlung, nehmen Sie einen der vielen anderen Anbieter (z.B. Splashtop, Teamviewer usw.) und fangen Sie nicht mit Logmein an.
You cancel and they still take money out of your account
I cancelled the account over the phone. Now, they apparently have no record of this and still automatically renewing my subscription. Logmein won't refund due to the terms of renewal, which I didn't authorise.
It looks like since their data breach, they are doing dodgy things to keep the company afloat.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ALSO KNOWN AS GOTO.
LogMeIn cancellation rip-off
LogMeIn Rescue used to be a great product but I no longer use it as better alternatives have come along. Tried to cancel my account only to be told my contract has 8 months to run so I have to keep paying them for another 8 months. Total rip-off. I would no longer recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, since GoTO took over LogMeIn, the level and quality of their service has dropped dramatically, with staff being unable to offer decent support any longer, chatbots that simply do not understand basic english, and staff that only seem interested in selling and not delivering service anywhere near the level we used to get from LogMeIn; a dramatic and ultimately depressing drop in standards that their customers are powerless to change apart frrom cancelling their subscriptions.
