My Loch Electronics Capsule Dishwasher is the best purchase ever made.
For years I looked for a small dishwasher, glory be, one finally arrived.
Totally the best.
Works well, is easy to setup and start cleaning in no time

I’m a grad student living in a small place with no built-in dishwasher, and this thing has been amazing. It fits right on my counter, super easy to hook up, and actually gets everything clean. Totally worth it saves me so much time

All aspects of the experience were seamless. Ordering and delivery were easy and straightforward and the follow up communication to ensure that I had received my capsule and it was working as expected was welcome and a little unexpected.

This Loch capsule dishwasher does exactly what it advertises. It fits nicely on my countertop next to my sink, filling what was otherwise dead space.

It's about the size of an old school desktop CPU. If you've got 12" of standard depth countertop, you've got space. Hose easily reaches my sink for draining. I keep the water reservoir on top when not in use, and place it in my drying rack when I am running a load of dishes.
Set up and use were easy.
Perfect product for a kitchen with limited space.

This is the only dishwasher compact enough to fit in my tiny city apartment on a 1930s narrow countertop and it still fits all our dishes plus more and does a great job! And with the quick wash I can get three loads done in the time of a normal dishwasher if I have guests or a big meal prep! I couldn’t be happier! As a single, full-time working mama, this has given me my life back

I live in New York City where a dishwasher is considered a luxury item. It genuinely costs a couple hundred United States Dollars extra per month for the privilege of renting an apartment that includes in its kitchen a dish-washing-robot.

I was initially hesitant to buy from Loch because if you Google "Loch Capsule Dishwasher", you'll find nothing but posts from angry crowdfunding backers. I didn't purchase my unit through a crowdfunding campaign, so I can't speak to that experience.

What I can say is that I received my unit 7 days after I ordered it, and now having used it daily for about a month, I can assure you that the product is excellent.

What makes a dishwasher excellent? Like with most important questions in life, I can only give you the answer that resonates most with my personal understanding of the world and the unique way in which I construct meaning from experience, so I'll ask you to forgive my arrogance here, but I'd like to think I speak for the people - for the New Yorker - when I submit to you that the answer doesn't need to be as complicated as the likes of residents of /r/dishwashers might have you believe:

An excellent dishwasher is one that simply excels at its namesake task, and that is what the Capsule, of Loch Electronics, does excellently.

Communication with the seller was effortless. They are very patient with all my questions and provide information promptly.

The dishwasher looks minimal and premium. Great addtion to our kitchen. Installation is easy. Cleaning is amazing. It fits everything we use as a 2 person household. I highly recommend this dishwasher!

The old reviews on this product make the company seem sketchy, but the dishwasher arrived and is solid. There was a mixup with delivery and the company was very responsive and rectified the problem quickly. Been using the dishwasher for 2 weeks and it’s very compact which has its pros and cons, but if you are limited in space it’s a great solution.

I wasn’t expecting to be this impressed by such a compact dishwasher, but wow – it’s very stylish and effective! The design gives a premium feel, and it is surprisingly easy to operate with multiple options including fruit washing and UV sterilizing.

The build quality is solid – it doesn’t feel fragile at all – and the dishes come out sparkling clean every time. I’ve even started using some of our nicer dinnerware more often now that I don’t have to wash them up by hand! 😅

It fits our kitchen layout perfectly – like it was made for that spot. The size is ideal, and it blends in beautifully with the rest of the kitchen. I’m honestly tempted to buy a second one for our camper van 😄

Capsule looks even better in person than in photos. The size is perfect too and will fit under my sink once I clear the space.

Extremely pleased with this dishwasher. I do have some disability's and live alone. This makes life a lot easier and large enough even when a family member or friend pops around and we eat. Before dishes piled up and even when I put them in hot water to wash I sometimes forgot and had to re-fill the sink with hot water again. With this I fill it when I go along and wash when full. So easy to use and the washing programs easy to understand as well as turns off not using more electric. My kitchen does not have loads of dishes now and the results have been how a dishwasher should be. Nice and clean and hygienic. Glad I found you while looking on the internet. Thanks.

Loch and the capsule have performed without exception. The machine is installed in my boat and does a great job. There was a plumbing issue (my fault) which caused a fault code. I followed the instructions and it cleared. This machine has performed well. I would buy another.

Customer Service after the fact ruined the entire purchase. Don’t honor their own return policy and make you jump through hoops unnecessarily. Then days of no response. Buyer beware.
