Signed up in May 2025 with Ben Tennyson for my work electric and got a good offer especially with a reduced daily standing charge. It was a renew from our current provider. We are still with them.
I will say they are very persistent. I don't regret using their service however.

Ruby sent me some very competitive prices for our eleven SME meters. She is very thorough, professional and a lovely lady.

We are very pleased with the service we received from Alice and Lloyd energy. Alice also keeps in touch every now and then to make sure we are still happy with our provider.

We were with Lloyds energy as a business customer for 2 contracts terms. When we started 1st time I talk to
Patrick Smith. He was very nice and polite person to talk to and more importantly he got the best deals for our business so decided to continue with him for 2nd term contract. This week we sold our business and Patrick Smith help us from submitting final readings to final invoice.
He made it so easy and smooth transition for us.

Alice was helpful in organising the renewal of the contract for the electricity supply to my house and office. I was pleased to get the matter settled and grateful for her assistance.

This company phoned in and I spoke to a man called Robin who was very patient and most helpful.. We had numerous telephone calls and we decided to take out our Electricity supply with them. We found that they were the cheapest at that moment in time and we are very happy with there services... well done especially Robin who was exemplary throughout.

Alice arranged a new electricity deal for our business towards the end of last year. It took less of my time than I recall from previous such energy renewals. After initial call to discuss she did most of the preparatory leg-work in her own time before calling me back only when ready to do the final sign-off. Couldn't ask for more really.

Obviously Googled our email address and so "Carol John" sent me an email with an opening paragraph that read like something from Ali Nadim in Mind Your Language. The scary line in the proof-read pasted body of the email was "It’s a privilege to serve as your energy consultant and we thank you for putting your trust in us.". Nope, nope and nope.

When I look for a new energy supplier, I wouldn't touch this company with a barge pole.

Very polite staff. Mostly dealt with Ben Lennyon. He was lovely to speak too. Not dealt with this company before so can't say exactly how the service will be but it has been a good start to the relationship.
