I have worked with a number of energy consultants and brokers over the years, and from our initial meeting I had a very positive impression that Fidelity Energy really knew their field.

Given the situation we found ourselves in, it was important to appoint an experienced broker who could act quickly and manage matters professionally. I’m pleased to say that Fidelity delivered on this, and the transition to them has been seamless so far.

(From Steve McNicholas -Director @ AMP Contracts Ltd).I have dealt with Fidelity now for 2 years, after being introduced to them after my previous supplier went into administration after dealing with that supplier for 20 years. I wish I had known about Fidelity approx. 10 years ago as I would have moved to them immediately. They are are a fantastic supplier! I am able to work independently via their online portal, getting prices immediately, and get contracts signed immediately by the customers via Docusign. I never have any problems with them paying me too ,they always pay promptly at the end of every calendar month. I have had 3 major issues(all caused by the actual Energy suppliers to the end customer) and Fidelity have resolved each one thoroughly and promptly.

I would finally like to mention certain individuals who have helped me a lot over the 2 years I have been with them - Alex Coleman(almost on a daily basis I deal with Alex, a great lad, very helpful and knowledgeable),Matt Darrel ,Alex's line manager Matt D, who helps me when Alex is unavailable, and Dean who onboarded me and now Jason F.

A cracking supplier Fidelity have been for me and continue to be.

Finn has been incredibly helpful throughout, consistently offering clear guidance and thoughtful support. He approaches every situation with patience and a positive attitude, making even complex tasks feel manageable. Since working with Fidelity, we have saved a huge amount on our utility bills and as a charity, this means more funds can be put towards helping our clients. Fidelity are a great company to work with. I have been a partner for 6 years. They offer fantastic support when it comes to sales but more importantly the support they offer to the customers is great too. If customers have any issues with bills, meter queries, etc I can contact my excellent Account Manager Alex, and get speedy resolution. No question that they add huge value to customers not just in getting a good deal but supporting them ongoing.
