Lucky for me Ben made sure I understood that prices were about to go up from 01 July and got me all the information I required in order to sign the documentation to transfer our account in time. The new prices were much lower than II have been paying and its for 100% green energy, one of my requirements. The process was easy and Ben has a friendly manner. One issue was the quality of the phone line which was quite poor.

I received a call from Ruby but I wasn't able to speak with her at that time. She then called a second time when we got part way through then I had to ask her to call a third time. He explained the whole process clearly whilst being very jolly and friendly and has certainly reduced my tariffs on both electricity and gas. I would definitely recommend Lloyd Energy.

Pleasure to speak with Ben
I have spoken with Ben Tennyson several times over the last months. He is very professional, has a lovely calm manner and is not at all pushy. He understands that at this moment in time as a local Healthwatch due to be abolished by the government we are not in a position to change contracts but he still keeps in touch to ask how we are doing at this very difficult time. It is a pleasure to speak with him and hopefully work with him in the near future.

Spoke to Lee today as I have done in the past several times and he was, as always very polite, never pushy and always offered me the best prices for energy contracts at the time. A very genuine guy that is always a pleasure to speak to.
