London & Kent Surveyors Anmeldelser

I'm really happy that I chose London & Kent Surveyors for my survey. The flat I'm purchasing is a loft conversion and getting a good view of things like the roof using drones really made this stand out for me. Samuel was fantastic. He gave me clear and understandable advice. He answered so many of my questions which really eased my anxiety as a first time buyer. Thanks so much and really pleased with the service!

Service was excellent from the moment we booked the survey, after the survey was carried out we received a very thorough break down of what was found. Kieran was superb when we had our follow up call and ran through any questions we had putting our mind at easy.

Pretty decent overall, some pros are they use a drone to surveil the roof which not all surveyors do. Negatives are that they don't give any prices for remediation so it's difficult to immediately judge what kind of budget you are in for!

They do offer a follow up call to clarify the report which is very helpful.

Couldn’t fault them. First time I have had to do a level 2 survey. Company spoke both myself and my partner through it and the follow up call with Kieran helped us with any questions following the survey. Speedy service and would use again in the future!

London & Kent Surveyors were great. Easy to contact and schedule, and communicative throughout the processes. The follow-up call with the Surveyor who examined the property was helpful, and he took the time to answer all of the questions I had. Very friendly and thorough, would recommend to anyone buying a house in the area.

Easy to use, straight forward service with great communication. From booking to the post-survey call with our surveyor - our experience was excellent. The process was easy to understand and David was a pleasure to talk to, he answered all of our questions and explained things in simple terms.

Excellent service, very easy to book the survey on our prospective house purchase. Kept fully informed throughout, told when survey had been completed and received the survey timely. Fantastic service that we were able to book to speak directly to the surveyor and raise any concerns, we would definitely use this company again and recommend to use.

This is the 2nd I've personally used L&K. My sister used them also very recently. All of us have only great things to say. Samuel was great, met me at the property and talked me through everything. Highly Recommend.

I recently used Kent and London Surveyors for a Level 3 survey, and I was very impressed with their service.
The reception team was always friendly, helpful, and easy to reach whenever I called. The surveyor was professional, punctual, and kept me informed throughout the process.
I was initially given the first available appointment, but when a cancellation became available, they proactively contacted my estate agent and arranged an earlier survey, which helped speed things up considerably.
The service was efficient from start to finish, and I am now waiting for the report as promised. I would highly recommend Kent and London Surveyors to anyone looking for a professional and reliable surveying company.

Great company quick and very proffesional to get the work done. We had a survey done with them in the process of purchasing a house and they helped massively.

Thank you

Very happy with the service provided. Communication was clear throughout, the survey was completed quickly, and the report was detailed and easy to understand. Highly recommended.

Very easy to book online. Great communication to let me know if any changes of date, they actually brought it forward by a few days, and also communicated when they had finished the survey.
The report was very clear and easy to read. I paid for a level 3 so it included drone pictures to show the roof which was helpful. I would recommend your services to others. Thank you

I had this company recommended to me through my estate agents. From the first moment they were on the front foot. It was easier to book a survey and this was done in quick time. The report given was thorough and easy to understand. It was also followed up by a phone call to run through any misconceptions or concerns. Would recommend and will use again.

Experience from start to finish was excellent. once instructed L&K do all the work. In our instance, once instructed, they managed to book in the survey within 2 weeks and once the property had been accessed the report was finalised within 3 days. Report was thorough and extremely useful to understand the condition of the property.

Had a survey carried out by David Powell.

David was great. He flagged up some bits we had missed during viewings and booked a follow-up call to help explain what was worth investigating & what was just in there as useful information for things that will eventually need maintenance.

Overall, very pleased with the whole experience.

As first time buyers this was our first experience with a survey company and I couldn’t fault it. Booking the survey was super quick and easy and the report itself was very thorough. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone else looking for a house survey and would use them again should we need this service in the future. Really reasonably priced for the service we received.

Quick and efficient service, was easy to book and make payment. Would recommend!

Every detail about this level 2 survey was excellent. Booking online was easy and the survey was done quickly. I received an extensive report just a few days afterwards. The feedback was equally impressive. I booked a 30 minute phone call with the surveyor (Kieran Braddick) who was extremely helpful and professional, answering my questions and alleviating any concerns I had. I would defifitely recommend London & Kent Surveyors.

Everything about this process was top-tier. Excellent communication, punctual delivery of the report, and a hassle-free booking experience with the payment. It was a pleasure to use them, and I appreciate how straightforward they made every step of the report.

The booking process was incredibly seamless and efficient. On the higher end of price however the service was worth it. Fast turnaround and the service was incredibly thorough.
