London & Kent Surveyors Anmeldelser

Very thorough and complete survey. Gave us a lot of reinsurance

Really happy with the service from start to finish. Professional, friendly and thorough, and the whole process was smooth and straightforward. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing a RICS survey. Great service!

Our experience was amazing!
We were provided their details via a comparison website, along with other few companies.
When we received their quote, to our surprise, it included an interactive property booklet where we discovered so much about our potential property!
We then decided the reach out and ask questions: they were super available form the beginning.

They also have an online platform through which you do everything, from signing the T&Cs to receiving the final report and it is very handy and easy to use.

Our post-visit call with the surveyor was also great! He was knowledgeable and gave us a little bit more insights and answered all the questions I had.
The report was great, easy to understand and with great information and details in each category.

Another amazing thing was that the report only took 4 working days to be issued to us.

We couldn't be happier to have found this company

The process was very smooth from beginning to end. I was kept in the loop at every step and everything was explained in a professional yet accessible way.

It feels very rare to speak to a true expert but that's what we got. From the beginning, the process was smooth and timely. The survey got booked in quickly, and the report was produced within a couple of days. When we had our session to talk through the report with the surveyor, Samuel, was a real expert - every question he knew the answer to, explained it in a way that was easy to absorb, and understand what action needed taking. He also provided follow up answers to the questions we had. Would highly recommend.

This is the second time I have used the London and Kent Surveyors and I was not disappointed. The service was prompt, timely, professional informative, effective, efficient and detailed in their report. The follow up interview with the main surveyor was very helpful and made me confident to go ahead with my purchase, all my questions were answered and explained carefully, so yes I recommend them to any potential home buyers.

I found London & Kent to be prompt, professional and responsive. Their service was great and the report was exactly what I would expect from a Level 2 Homebuyer's Survey. The report has been used by the seller of the property to enact some repairs, too, helping the building management company to take action promptly before the sale completes.

I would use London & Kent again.

Great service. From pre support on what level survey was recommend to a follow up call to run through the report which was very easy to follow.

Alex Galvin did a great job with our RICS Level 2 survey on a house built in the 1930s. He took the time to check all the areas we were concerned about around the property. The phone call afterwards was really helpful too. He talked us through the findings, answered all our questions, and explained everything clearly. We really appreciated his time and professionalism and would happily recommend him.

I am so happy that I choose L&K Surveyors. They responded to my emails very quickly, were professional and made everything straightforward
The report I received was very detailed and easy to understand. The drone photos of the roof were very helpful as provided clear view of areas which would be difficult to see from the ground.
I would highly recommend this company

We recently had a survey carried out on the property we’re purchasing, and the service was excellent from start to finish.

The report was detailed, easy to understand, and gave us a clear picture of the property’s condition. We also had a follow-up call with David, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the findings, answered all of our questions, and made sure we fully understood everything without making us feel rushed.

David’s advice and reassurance gave us confidence to move forward with our purchase. We really appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service.

I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a thorough survey and expert advice. Thank you

We recently used London & Kent Surveyors to carry out a home buyers survey and were very impressed with the service we received. The online booking and payment process was very easy to use, the report itself was very thorough and we really liked the amount of photos taken, particularly the drone photos. The report was very easy to read and the after survey follow up call was very helpful too.

Samuel did a great job talking us through our level 3 survey results for our pretty unique Victorian property. Knowledgeable and forthcoming

Excellent service. Easy to book on line. Prompt in actioning and an easy to read, thorough, detailed report with a helpful follow up call to discuss the details after. Report was written and issued within 3 days. Would recommend.

My survey was very easy to book and it was great value. The report came back very detailed with lots of photos. David was the surveyor who did the report and he called me promptly on the day that was arranged to discuss his findings. He was very friendly and he made things very easy to understand. I would have no hesitation in recommending London and Kent Surveyors to my family and friends.

Great experience from start to finish.
Communication was brilliant, survey was booked quickly and the report was detailed with all required information. The traffic light system make the report a lot easier to understand.

A thorough survey conducted of prospective property, would recommend.

Booking the survey was straightforward and the team were friendly and easy to communicate with throughout. The report was delivered within a few days and was very detailed, clearly highlighting everything I needed to know and giving me a much better understanding of the flat. The follow-up call was also really useful and gave me the opportunity to ask questions and discuss the findings in more detail. I'd happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, efficient, and thorough surveyor.
