London & Kent Surveyors Anmeldelser

I was extremely pleased with the survey provided.

The survey itself was extremely detailed and picked up more than just building defects (building regs and legal queries). It was also arranged very quickly and the report was back to me on time.

The follow up call with Alex was also really useful and he was able to answer all my questions and offer next steps and advice.

Very smooth process and a thorough report going through everything we wanted.

Great service, would definitely recommend. Answers all questions really quickly and the report was very thorough! Thank you.

Surveyor was brilliant, I was kept in the loop from booking to survey being completed. I received my report in 3 days and booked a follow up call within a couple of days to go through any questions I had. Kieron was extremely helpful and I will be recommending London & Kent Surveyors to friends and family.

Excellent survey, incredibly thorough and follow-up call offered for discussion of the survey. Highly recommend.

I had a great experience using London & Kent Surveyors. Kieran was fantastic throughout the entire process—extremely professional, helpful, and thorough. He took the time to clearly explain all of the findings and answered all of my (many) questions, making everything easy to understand. The whole process was smooth, quick and hassle-free from start to finish. They also used a drone to inspect the roof, which gave extra peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable surveyor!

Alex, came round to carry out the survey, he was very methodical and took the time to answer some questions whilst he was going round the property with me.

There were a number of unexpected issues picked up that I was not aware of, given that I currently live in the property that the survey was being carried out on.

During the follow up call afterwards Alex was very patient in answering my additional questions.

I found the service from start to finish very good, booking the appointment was easy & straightforward and I would recommend London & Kent Surveyors.

Provided a thorough survey allowing us to identify many issues not seen to the eye. Follow-up call was valuable to clear up any ambiguities and uncertainties we had with comments in the report. Turnaround was also fast and company also does Drone Surveys, which is a big plus for us. Would thoroughly recommend.

The service was straightforward to arrange and very thorough. It was very easy to ask questions and obtain the additional information we required. The online portal was really helpful to keep an eye on the progress of the survey. The after survey call was very informative and a valuable support service that was included in the survey cost. We would 100% recommend London & Kent Surveyors.

Excellent, prompt service and a thorough report. Very competitive rate. Very useful follow-up call with the surveyor included. Everything is available online in a portal too. Highly recommend.

Really quick to book the survey, such an in-depth report and a great in-depth call afterwards to speak about the report. The only part that was a bit disappointing is that the drone part of the survey could not happen due to the weather and could not able to be organised again.

I had a very positive experience with London & Kent Surveyors, and I would highly recommend their services.

My surveyor, Kieran, was excellent throughout the process. He was extremely helpful, professional, and approachable, taking the time to clearly explain the survey findings and the necessary steps that needed to be taken regarding the property. His advice and guidance gave me a much better understanding of the situation and made the whole process feel much more straightforward.

Kieran’s professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend London & Kent Surveyors, particularly Kieran, to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable surveyor.

David conducted a thorough level 3 structural survey for us. It was very detailed and pointed out some issues that need to be addressed before we exchange. There was plenty of drone footage to see too. Will be recommending London & Kent surveyors in the future.

Very professional service, talked through all points raised very clearly, would highly recommend

I have used L&K to survey two properties now,, and on both occasions they have been nothing but professional and approachable on things that I may not quite understand.
After the survey they arranged to call me back and go through any questions I may have and help to put my mind at rest and fully understand the details of the report

I recently instructed London & Kent Surveyors to carry out a full building survey on a property I wished to purchase in Dover. I found the whole process to be a breath of fresh air. I have purchased several properties during my life and have always had surveys completed. And I have unfortunately had some shockingly bad experiences with surveyors. However I was very pleased with the service London & Kent surveyors provided for me. Within a week of me contacting them they had arranged the survey with the Estate Agent and in less than 2 weeks the report had been completed and was with me. And it was great. David submitted the report in a clear, detailed and easily understandable format, backed up by a lot of photos. Having digested his report David then provided a follow up phone call where I was able to ask him about his findings. He also stated that I could always contact them in the future should I need to discuss anything further. I am very happy to recommend London & Kent Surveyors to anyone looking for a proper house survey

I had a really positive experience with Samuel and the team. Samuel was incredibly professional, thorough and, most importantly, took the time to talk me through the survey and answer all of my questions afterwards. He was very knowledgeable of the area and surrounding houses and was able to explain things in a very concise and straightforward manner. I really appreciated the additional time he gave me to discuss the findings and explain what needed attention and what wasn’t a major concern. Would definitely recommend!

L&K were available at short notice to conduct a survey and we found the level of communication before/after excellent. The report itself was thorough and detailed and helped us make informed decisions with what steps we needed to take before moving to our new home

As a first time buyer, I appreciated efficient communication and a high-quality report produced as a result of the survey. I had a few specific requests to relay to the surveyor about some parts of the property which were duly noted and reflected in the report. The use of drone imagery for a terraced house is quite valuable. The follow-up call was also very informative. Overall, a good experience and was not disappointed.

We booked a level 2 homebuyers survey. The price was very competitive and the process from booking the survey through to receiving the report was very quick and efficient . 5/5 would definitely recommend.
