Lovely chocolates to eat, definitely a lot better quality, more fuller and deeper when you eat them. Beautifully packaged when they arrived, a wonderful opening for our first experience. We will definitely be ordering more of these wonderful chocolates in the future.

The quality of the chocolate is excellent and there is a good variety to choose from. A must buy for Christmas, Easter Birthdays oh and any days!

I’ve ordered numerous boxes of chocolates from Lily O’Briens, to which every box has been perfect. I will continue to buy chocolates from them especially as it’s the only ones the Mrs will eat.

Customer relations and customer care are excellent. My first delivery had a problem as the carton had a big hole in it and damage to chocolates and their boxes. They were replaced very quickly when I reported the problem. What a great company to do business with!

Courier didn’t deliver on day it specified and tracking system useless for info . Parcel abandoned on doorstep following day. No knock or doorbell used to announce arrival.

Really pleased with my order, it was a gift for a friend which was delivered very quickly.
I had a small query which was answered promptly, so excellent service all round thank you.

I first bought your chocolates on a holiday to Cork, the selection at the airport, pretty packaging an obvious gift opportunity to good to miss. My favorite is milk chocolate crispy heart, only recently discovered online, it’s the best.

So my wife likes these chocolates, so i decided to see if they had advent calenders, were £30 thought that was a bit expensive but then they sent me a "Welcome20" new customer code, i thought ok then £6 off, so i clicked on the link in the email and now the advent was £35 lol, so i went through their website on Google and oh they are £30 but of course the discount is not accepted, such a con and this is how they treat new customers, just because of the principle i will be staying well clear,

Very disappointed, chocolate tastes awful and caramel tasted like powder.

Would HIGHLY recommend! I ordered the 2 pack wedding favors, not personalized, for our son’s wedding. While we are locating in American and the wedding was there in Ireland; the ordering process, from start to finish, was seamless! To top it off, the chocolates were amazing! I do wish I would have had them personalized, but that was our decision and it had nothing to do with the company.

Superb quality chocolates & customer service was extremely helpful. I put in the wrong order date by mistake, and they helped me out immediately when I noticed & then gave me frequent updates as to the delivery date so that I had no reason to stress at all.

Bought a box of Lily O Brien's chocolates from Waitrose as a treat. Disappointed to find that all were almost tasteless. Would not buy these again.

Ultimate chocolate collection just wasn’t that ultimate.

I did an order today with Lily obriens and did not receive my order in email.I emailed them and got a very quick reply,thankyou so much for your help,very impressed with your response..i must add it was my mistake due to email missing a letter thankyou Chloe
