I had an exchange to sort out and the customer services team at Liberty responded quickly and were really helpful throughout. Mongezi and Kaajal in particular were a pleasure to deal with — clear, friendly, and made the whole process easy. Great experience overall, thank you!

I messaged customer service on WhatsApp which was AI. A human emailed me almost immediately and resolved my query instantly. I was so impressed with Ongezwa. Polite, professional and knowledgeable.

No issue with products but poor customer service, an unwillingness to help. Packaging also extremely disappointing for a high end product and store. Will purchase directly from Diptique in the future.

Katrina was absolutely brilliant
Katrina was absolutely brilliant. I was having trouble using a code to pre-order my Liberty Advent Calendar, and she was incredibly patient in helping me work out what had gone wrong.
She took the time to reset my password, talked me through everything and made sure the problem was properly resolved. What impressed me most was that, even though the switchboard had closed by the time we finished, she never rushed me or made me feel as though I was keeping her.
It was genuinely excellent customer service and Katrina is a real credit to Liberty. She turned what had been a frustrating experience into a very positive one. Thank you, Katrina.
