No pressure shopping experience in a beautiful store
Wonderful shopping experience in Liberty. Lovely friendly attentive staff especially on the cosmetics counters. Had the need to speak with customer service the day after our visit, who I have to say went all out to offer a solution to a small problem. Very happy with the outcome and I look forward to visiting again.

I want to commend Liberty on their excellent Customer Service. I raised an issue with them, and received a swift response and swift resolution.
They were easy to contact, and they responded very promptly and satisfactorily.
