Voor mij eerste toelevering van Letbricks.
Povere onaantrekkelijke verpakking en geen boekje met bouwinstructies. Moet je downloaden en is zeker niet altijd duidelijk. Er ontbreken stukken in het pakket. Dit alles maakt het bouwen moeilijker maar tevens uitdagender om tot een goed resultaat te komen.

Nice model to build, fast shipping, all right

Bei prodotti, ma non sempre i colori sono corretti e qualche pezzetto manca sempre. Il modulo di richiesta pezzi mancanti è poco intuitivo.

Bags are not labeled and there are more than 20 of them. Pieces are hard to find. Shipping took forever. Pretty frustrating experience. Wouldn’t recommend.

The items were great but on one item I did not have instructions and the link I was given only took me back to the order page. I contacted service and they sent me the file. I do not like the instructions other than in a booklet because my "building place" does not have room for my computer.

The logistics were excellent, the instructions were complete, the truck complies with what was promised and no parts were missing, the tools they sent are excellent, thank you.

Extremely difficult to build. Kept falling apart so had to start again

I now ordered 3 times from Letbricks, and i like the products, its good packed shipped in a box with the 2d barcode you need to scan to acces the manuals.

Somehow it would be handy if a link is send after the purchase, so you can already print (by another company) the stickers while the shipment is being prepared and underway for shipping.

The communication is a bit less, i asked 2 times to send me the sticker files of the model so i can prepare already the stickers but that was not a succes :)

But overal, i like the way they sell, good product good packed manuals ( the ones ive seen) professionally arranged, i like the way they take care and doing the business 👍

Great value and the pieces are very nice.

I recently got the "MA-82106 V-type 8-cylinder 4-stroke Overhead Valve" set from Lets Brick, and it was a fantastic experience! The build was a lot of fun, and the quality of the pieces was excellent. The instructions were clear and easy to follow, which made the whole process very smooth.

Lets Brick really excels at creating unique Technic models, and I'm definitely going to order more products from them. Highly recommend this set for any Technic enthusiast!

Worst customer service, or should I say, lack thereof! They told me my sets ready to ship, and yet, no tracking, no nothing. Bs
